usually I go through the drive-thru, they are absolutely fabulous about getting everything ready and they're always so polite.... today I decided to go in instead of going through the drive-thru because there was a few questions I had and a couple more purchases I wanted to make.....I wasn't sure if my order was ready to be picked up or not, but I wasn't ready to pick it up because I wanted to do a little more shopping.... I checked in at the front, she let me in the door out back, the guy said 'hi how can I help you' and I went to tell him my name and everything and this woman just came over and said 'you have to wait at least an hour after placing an order online, it says it right on the website.' I wasn't there to pick my things up right away, I just had some questions and wanted to pick up a couple more things....needless to say, I felt like a piece of garbage after her saying that to me, so I kept my questions to myself and didn't purchase any other things.

The place looks nice but the prices are to high (at least for me) I did found I place in MA that for 7g you pay $40-$50 no more than that but when I checked for this store it says that a 7g cost around $72 and that's upsetting for me because I live in NH and that means that I have to travel to a different state to get a good price (understand that in MA is legal in that might be the reason) and they are not on sale or anything like that, that's the original price for the one on MA and the one on sale in this store it still cost you around $55 and that still little expensive considering that other places have $40-$50 on the original price on a 7g or etc. but overall the place is nice.

The product is not is but the prices are steep compared to other medical. I've only go for the convenience of being close. They play tier level product which is sad. I found a few great medical just over the border who accepts nh medical patients. For ex: Green truck Farms,kind farm, an my favorite for best quality an best price maine medical canna. Green truck you can buy an o for just $110. Their quality goes back an fourth. But medical canna sells an o for $124 top tier on Tuesday an Saturday. Always check around sadly granite leaf is way over price an scaring people about other states with tax. My question is why are granite leaf so expensive.

I would have wrote a second review but I couldn't figure out how to so I came and edited this today the hottest day of the summer by far at 104°, been sick all day literally puking my guts out all day and I go up and I made it very clear that I'm a terpene snob. when I saw the LA Kush cake at 3.04 got very excited to get home and see it was only 1.89. So I called back why was it never mentioned to me versus making me drive 15 miles out of my way to go back to you to exchange it for something different that really didn't want that I wanted the one that said 3.04 but when you mentioned it to two different people when you see it on the paper and nobody picks up that it's wrong on the paper is very disappointing I live on a very fixed income and you just wasted my gas but I used to go to doctor's appointments to go exchange it for something I really didn't want. I appreciate the exchange but it shouldn't have been made for your error didn't even get offered anything outside of an exchange for an inconvenience of having to go back massively sick. And then I had to stand back there 10 minutes for the manager to do the exchange cuz the other person couldn't , I damn near hit your floor from all passing out. Just very disappointing.

I’ve been a patient here for a couple of years and I only go if they’re having a sale to make it worth it. Their products are SO expensive, an ounce for over 300? No. Go to Mass and get the same CHEAPER WITH TAX, how does that make any sense? Their cart prices are insane as well, I have never and would never get a cart here. I truly only buy edibles from here and ONLY if they’re having a % off sale because without it $$$. What’s the point of having a medical card for “medication” if you can’t afford it. I sent the website to my friend who has a lot of knowledge, and she said that this place isn’t testing well. Staff is always nice. TLDR- never get flower $$, only get edibles when they’re having a sale, get flower/carts cheaper in bordering states WITH TAX cheaper.

Used to be nice to visit, now half the staff covering their face in black masks and they have for a long time. It causes anxiety in some of us. It started with one person who was a new hire, now people who used to not wear one are. Now it is all the young women who work there that do. It is anti-social (can't read expression, no smile), anti-easy communication (muffled, hard to hear, can't read lips), and it is fear-triggering (thinking of illness, how could one not). Also, masks have been proven to be a harmful on many levels, physically though, breathing in your CO2 all day long and if you do have a virus, you really should not be rebreathing it in, you should be at home. It escapes through the gaps on edges and fibers in the cloth. This has been proven by multiple people in multiple ways. There has been a viral video of an expert in masks. She breaks it down more than the warning on the surgical mask box says about how it does not stop viruses. There are infographics on the size of the gaps in the fibers and how much smaller the virus molecule is. It escapes. Masks are for droplets in a surgical setting. Please stop scaring the public and please bring back service with a smile. It is not going away, so you have to know how to treat it if you get it and trust people will stay home if they have symptoms. Asymptomatic spread is not a thing. Many want service with a smile, not paranoid behavior. This is little scary that these young people don't trust others or their own young immune system. Not everyone feels this way, but definitely some of us do! There are jobs available where interacting with the public is not a thing and where it does not involve customer service. This isn't appropriate behavior at this point in this kind of role. Thank you.

Go to Maine and pay $120 for an ounce and $20 for a 1 gram cartridge. Doesn’t make a lot of sense and makes it unaffordable for NH residents. Figure out your pricing structure and fix it. It’s not even close to affordable. It’s black market pricing. Updated 7/18/23 to respond to their response. I can buy flower cheaper recreationally in MA even with their sales tax at 20%. Your prices are unfair to NH residents and don’t make sense.

There are many places in maine that are truely half the price and better quality. Treat yourself and go to maine and try out one of the wonderful places they have to offer

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and even though I thought I knew what worked for me, they were able to help me go more into depth about it and find other strains that work just as well if not better. Also, I had heard it was WICKED expensive but with all things considered, I'll be going back ☆☆ They also have this promo where if it's your first time at a PRIMR ATC shop you get $50 off your first purchase, and 10% off your second ☆☆It'd be a 5 star if I was able to see more of the items like edibles and such.

Just got my card and wanted to buy one time in this state. The 50 off the first order is nice, but in these hard times I will be buying in Maine. This state needs to get its act together, loosen the laws, and bring more competition for better pricing. Curaleaf in Wells sells their ounces for 75 and even their rec in Portland sells 100 ounces all day everyday. It's not Prime's fault for high prices its the dumb state regulations and monopoly they have in the areas they serve.The product is decent though and that's all that counts from my purchase.

If they didn't stop making the extra strength lotion I would've rated it a five. I am not the only patient with chronic pain that considered it God sent and begged them to bring it back even just twice a year so those of us that need it can stock up. The flower is beautiful but the concentrate is gross and the staff is amazing. Prices are out of control. 50$ for a half gram of shatter is not necessary. Maine takes NH medical cards. Prices are less than half. I suggest green truck.

I’ve been a patient here for a couple of years and I only go if they’re having a sale to make it worth it. Their products are SO expensive, an ounce for over 300? No. Go to Mass and get the same CHEAPER WITH TAX, how does that make any sense? Their cart prices are insane as well, I have never and would never get a cart here. I truly only buy edibles from here and ONLY if they’re having a % off sale because without it $$$. What’s the point of having a medical card for “medication” if you can’t afford it. I sent the website to my friend who has a lot of knowledge, and she said that this place isn’t testing well. Staff is always nice. TLDR- never get flower $$, only get edibles when they’re having a sale, get flower/carts cheaper in bordering states WITH TAX cheaper.

Used to be nice to visit, now half the staff covering their face in black masks and they have for a long time. It causes anxiety in some of us. It started with one person who was a new hire, now people who used to not wear one are. Now it is all the young women who work there that do. It is anti-social (can't read expression, no smile), anti-easy communication (muffled, hard to hear, can't read lips), and it is fear-triggering (thinking of illness, how could one not). Also, masks have been proven to be a harmful on many levels, physically though, breathing in your CO2 all day long and if you do have a virus, you really should not be rebreathing it in, you should be at home. It escapes through the gaps on edges and fibers in the cloth. This has been proven by multiple people in multiple ways. There has been a viral video of an expert in masks. She breaks it down more than the warning on the surgical mask box says about how it does not stop viruses. There are infographics on the size of the gaps in the fibers and how much smaller the virus molecule is. It escapes. Masks are for droplets in a surgical setting. Please stop scaring the public and please bring back service with a smile. It is not going away, so you have to know how to treat it if you get it and trust people will stay home if they have symptoms. Asymptomatic spread is not a thing. Many want service with a smile, not paranoid behavior. This is little scary that these young people don't trust others or their own young immune system. Not everyone feels this way, but definitely some of us do! There are jobs available where interacting with the public is not a thing and where it does not involve customer service. This isn't appropriate behavior at this point in this kind of role. Thank you.

Good products but pricing is too high. I dont know if thats Primes fault or NH's fault but medical cannabis is not affordable in NH. There are many places in maine that are truely half the price and better quality. Treat yourself and go to maine and try out one of the wonderful places they have to offer

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and even though I thought I knew what worked for me, they were able to help me go more into depth about it and find other strains that work just as well if not better. Also, I had heard it was WICKED expensive but with all things considered, I'll be going back ☆☆ They also have this promo where if it's your first time at a PRIMR ATC shop you get $50 off your first purchase, and 10% off your second ☆☆It'd be a 5 star if I was able to see more of the items like edibles and such.

Just got my card and wanted to buy one time in this state. The 50 off the first order is nice, but in these hard times I will be buying in Maine. This state needs to get its act together, loosen the laws, and bring more competition for better pricing. Curaleaf in Wells sells their ounces for 75 and even their rec in Portland sells 100 ounces all day everyday. It's not Prime's fault for high prices its the dumb state regulations and monopoly they have in the areas they serve.The product is decent though and that's all that counts from my purchase.

If they didn't stop making the extra strength lotion I would've rated it a five. I am not the only patient with chronic pain that considered it God sent and begged them to bring it back even just twice a year so those of us that need it can stock up. The flower is beautiful but the concentrate is gross and the staff is amazing. Prices are out of control. 50$ for a half gram of shatter is not necessary. Maine takes NH medical cards. Prices are less than half. I suggest green truck.
