I don't do Google reviews. But i have been to this location multiple times and i always see a hard working kid behind the counter. Well today i got that wonderful kid and his name is Justin. This kid is amazing very smart very knowledgeable about the product plus answered all my questions. He's very kind not just to the customers but i even seen him help out his co workers while being fast and professional. Making sure the customer is not waiting long. He even apologized for the wait to walk to get my product. I was shocked i have had amazing people before but this kid went above and beyond. I wish I could get him every time now. Get this kid a raise because he is so amazing and would be a shame if he went out to somewhere else. Thanks again Justin i can't wait to be back to see you.

Customer service is fantastic. Staff is always ready to answer any questions. The line is long sometimes but its never a bother the service is awesome, and so is the product!
Stopped off to check out a dispensary. The atmosphere was super inviting, clean and spacious. Lots of displays to peruse the different selections. Just an amazing place !

Absolutely lovely shop, great selection, excellent deals, friendly and upbeat staff, and YAY for accessible access and entry. -2 stars for the ridiculously loud music; it totally killed the vibe and isn’t friendly for your medical patient customers who may have a migraine already and/or are Deaf/HoH. Heck, even non-med patients could be turned off by that level of noise and bass. Made the shopping experience practically unbearable (felt like I unexpectedly went to a nightclub or a rave), but I couldn’t just walk out and go somewhere else after a 2hr drive there with no competition in the vicinity, lol.I’d love to be able to return and give an updated review, but there’s going to have to be a serious commitment to turning the music down to a *reasonable* level. INB4 someone cries about it: I used to manage both medical and rec shops in WA State and have spent over 15 years in the industry. I’m a musician and music lover, too, but there’s an appropriate level for an in-store experience and it’s clear that someone got a little too zealous with their DJ’ing larp.
I have been coming here for a bit and ive got to say, got assisted by Manny today and hes the best! Very knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a issue with my account and he fixed me up super quick and easy. Thank ya, sir for all the help!
I can’t say enough good things about Manny at Deep Roots in Wendover! His customer service is absolutely top-notch. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel welcome. He’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain everything so you leave feeling confident with your purchase. Manny goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and it really shows that he cares about his customers. Its so simple, they help you understand anything you're questioning and are always willing to give advice or a recommendation. I personally like ordering online so when I get to the store I can skip the main line and be in and out quicker, obviously in doing so I have to know exactly what I want or ill be searching the website forever but that isn't bad either. They have a ton of options and something for just about everyone to try and enjoy. I highly recommend giving them a shot on you're next trip out! Stay safe as always and be responsible too! Their takeaway bags have all the rules and advice for shopping with them which is also very helpful if you're unsure what they may be and have no one to ask once you've left the store. Don't be shy, stop on by!
The atmosphere is always so chill, everyone is always so nice. The store itself has an amazing vibe. They need to have a separate line for people with Medical cards just like they have a different line for online orders. Also I suggest to weigh your merch when you get home, 2 of my packages were a little short 😑😑 the other 3 weight what the label was marked.

Prices aren’t amazing, definitely go in knowing the daily or monthly deals to get your moneys worth.Tara the bud tender was great, she was knowledgeable, and patient.
Me and my partner went into the west wendover location we spent over 1000$ between the both of us. Beautiful store, friendly staff. Came home and weighed several of our Bluebird flower 1/8 packs, each pack on average was short about .15, This is disheartening and taxes are already high on these products, to not get what you paid for.
My boyfriend and I went over to the West Wendover recently and we did not have a good experience. The worker who was helping us (Manny) wasn’t the friendliest to us and didn’t care to know what we were looking for. When my boyfriend would ask about certain products, he’d either respond with a cold response or just simply walk away to look for a said product and come back to say they were out of stock. He would also interact with his other coworkers while we were trying to get our products. He did give me some advice on what would help with my anxiety but otherwise it seemed as if he didn’t know how to interact with us initially and it stayed that way the entire time. Overall, very awkward experience and the products were extremely overpriced.

You get a great discount, and avoid a lot of taxes of you have your medical card. They are more generous to medical users in Wendover than at their other locations.
Product is good. But with a huge line. You have 2 or 3 people helping the small medical line. And one person managing the huge line... Just doesn't make sense to me at all. I'm literally here right now and everybody in the line is complaining and a group of 5 people just left. It's a bit rediculous and they should have somebody managing how many people are managing which line, that way both lines keep moving

I went here on the 9th of June and the blonde girl working on register 4 that ‘helped’ was so high she could hardly talk or stand up. I’d ask her a question and she’d give some flippant answer and acted like I was an idiot. Then on top of all that she asked for a tip. If you can go somewhere other than here, I highly recommend doing so. The service is terrible.
What a great store they had everything that I was looking for and the people there are pretty knowledgeable and very polite. If your military or have a card you can get a bigger discount. Have a great day.
Extremely unknowledgeable about their own products. They definitely need to understand what they’re selling. They try to push the highest percentage THC, which means absolutely nothing medicinally. I would not go back. Prime example on why recreation was a bad move. Can’t believe they can get away with charging as much money as they do. Overall terrible experience.
Stopped in on 4/20 Holy cow what a line and a half!!! Left and did a online order. Line wasnt so bad lol. Props to the workers.
They used to be a decent shop. Now you can't get someone to help you even if their life depended on it. Sales aren't truly sales, they've just jacked up prices and then gave you a "sale". If you try to call in for inventory you're told to use the website. What's the point of having employees? Don't waste your money here.
