Kind of surprised at the comments regarding prices, because it's been my experience that this dispensary has some of the most reasonable prices in town. I suppose prices are subjective, though. That being said, they have a great selection of TCH & CBD, accessories, a good location with ample parking, and the staff is helpful, efficient, knowledgable, and friendly. Can't single a few of them out, because they are *all* exemplary. I have had issues with product before, and they have taken care of me without complaint. I can't speak to online orders/communication or curbside, because I always shop in person, but usually I'm in and out in 10 minutes; even when they're busy. I have not gone anywhere else in two years!

Usually, this place was decent for customer service. The herb is not bad, but it is a little more spendy than other places. I got 007 and Dark Rainbow this last time I went, in addition to a couple other strains. When I tried the 2 strains mentioned earlier, they both smelled and tasted of mold. I sent feedback on the website but never heard from anyone. I know people get busy, but I would have thought I'd have gotten some kind of reply. I am not worried about the money I spent on it, but instead I just don't want anyone to get sick or anything. Probably should throw that batch out or something. The last 2 times I went, I placed an online order for a curbside pickup. When I arrived, I clicked the link in my text and filled out the necessary info, but nobody ever came out. I had to go inside.

Good products, but I suggest looking at online menu prices before going in. I made the mistake of not doing that and had major sticker shock, compared to other dispensary daily specials in town. I found an edible chocolate on there website that we had been looking for. My first impression of the store was Ricky welcoming me in , and being in a good mood despite the later hour. He is very knowledgeable of the products and made a couple suggestions for other flower in addition to the edible that brought me there.
