Since there's no other way of getting in touch with the owner I'll do it here. I see he responds to some reviews. I've had multiple problems with the point system over the last half a year plus. Went from earing 2.5 points per dollar spent back to 2. NOBODY in store can tell me why. They don't even know if the point system changed and when it did. I've asked for the highers ups numbers and got the run around. So maybe the owner will see this and respond. I'd LOVE to have a conversation with you! I used to spend A LOT of money at your store! I do lo e the staff, but don't want to deal with a stressful transaction. Thank you for reading this.Edit: I sent you that info when i saw it about 4 or 5 days after you responded. I come here almost every week and spend money and I ordered a sip on accident that contained caffeine. I’m sensitive to caffeine so I went straight back in with the sealed sip and receipts and they wouldn’t do an exchange. Claiming they verified the product and there was nothing they could do. The manager never came out to even address me. Unprofessional.

This location has the best workers!! Everyone is so friendly especially Asher, excellent customer service! There is one problem that I do have though. The camp disposables for rosin are extremely unreliable. I am a constant buyer of these disposables because of the quality of rosin. It’s is some of the best quality Vegas has to offer. Each one that I get is good for the beginning then it starts acting up, not giving good hits anymore or it’s just completely not working anymore. I have about 20 disposables at home with 20-30% of the product still in the device.

I really hate to do this because this is a great dispensary with great people and pot and I'm a loyalist so I only go here. But when I show up and I'm the only person there, 3 workers are standing there, doing nothing, even look at me a couple times as I'm looking directly at them, waiting, I nod obviously ready, they do nothing.Thinking to myself that maybe they ARE busy I keep looking. During this about 6 people come in..... they couldn't have gotten to them faster. Being a Medical Card holder and.... well... the first person there and in need of help the whole time I was there was kind of a slap to the face...So yeah, dunno what to say.I'll change it back when it goes back to a 5 star experience.Not cool at al!!

best shop Ive found so far. It takes about two minutes to pick up, the shop seems to be organized, and ran professionally. I order online, doors opened for you, there is an express line for online orders. They also have a pretty cool rewards program, product is good, prices are fair. Place is very clean, stylish, streamlined, plenty of parking..theyll even bring out the order curbside if you choose so. Dispensaries should use this store as a business model. A+-Edvin

It’s very easy to shop there.Prices are good. They always have deals and their point system is easy for customers to use.Quality is always great. I always buy pre-rolls and I have never had a problem with their pre-rolls. They are always packaged to perfection. They also always have a range of pure sativas, which I have noticed is hard to consistently find, so I appreciate that.Parking is not the best, but it is not horrible. But as far as everything they have direct control over, they are doing an amazing job.Definitely give them a try.
