Just bought an ounce today. Had to wait outside for 30 minutes then had to go inside to pick it up. On the way home I went to look at it and the package was slit from the top and open. Definitely looks a little skimpy. Not trusting this place at all. No more. Update to I got a response to my review. I guess they just make excuses for their conduct. in Nevada The packaging must include a seal or closure that clearly shows if it has been previously opened. This provides assurance that the product has not been tampered with after packaging.

This place made my whole day!!! As soon as I walked Kenny greeted me with such a beautiful vibe. The serenity in the way he described the merchandise sold me right away. It’s like he knew exactly what I wanted and it was my first time in!! S/O to Kenny for inviting me to join the VIP loyalty rewards program. This allowed me to save 15% off full priced items my first transaction since I was new here. SAVED ALMOST $100!!! THE BEST BUDTENDER IVE EVER COME ACROSS. LOVE that I got the opportunity to discover this dispensary! And it’s open 24 hours 🥺 a little under 25 minutes from Reno but now I can’t think of going anywhere else. Also thanks to Sean who pulled up towards the end of the transaction with the best smile! He provided more information about the store and with both of them together made me want to spark one up. 10/10 RECCOMEND.

I love this dispensary! I just wish they had a store not 35 minutes away from me 🙁 it’s a bit far for me and I’m never in that area anymore but they are worth the drive for sure I never feel shorted by them, never get faulty products (like at many dispensaries in Reno), and most of all the customer service is always top tier I’m not sure if that’s because they aren’t baby bud tenders and the people who work at this location stick around! I’ve seen such high turn over at other dispensaries which is another red flag to me if my favorite person is no longer there then the experience fades a bit and then it really sucks when you get a bud tender who isn’t knowledgeable. I just have never had any issues and if it wasn’t for the drive all my money would go here no doubt. I feel like I should just buy in bulk and only go here even though I get a good discount other places the quality they gas is off compared to that of pure tonic.

The only place open 24 hrs! Prices are a little higher, but that's the price ya pay to be able to buy after everyone else is closed! People are very nice and helpful. Store is immaculate! I'm told the GDP Concentrate was pretty good too! Lol

The store made things right. Which is all I could really ask for.Have been coming here since they opened and they have had a hard nose dive in service in the last few months. I usually place online orders and they use to be really good about applying all THEIR in house discounts. Now I’m lucky if I don’t have to remind them that they have to put their own sale prices on things. The last order I picked up was supposed to be around 72 bucks with the discounts applied through their website. When I got to the store it was 90 and they made me use my points to get to the price I was given in their website when I checked out. BE VERY CAREFUL AND PAY CLOSE ATTENTION. THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU.

The best thing about this location is that they are open 24 hours a day every day holidays may affect us. Staff, so nice very knowledgeable. They don’t push their agendas on us. Prices are anywhere from reasonable up to you like the finer things in life lol.I love stopping here when I am going into Reno I do live about an hour and a half away so it is always my intention to stop there when I can.They have really good deals. They have a monthly calendar that’s up all the time you can see the daily deals the week and specials you can gain points so you can get money off of your next purchase. I love how they have all of their glass pieces set up on display I really like their lazy Susan one day I will get it.If you’re looking for just a quick grab and go or you’re wanting a more in-depth one on one experience getting what you are looking for as far as percentages what kind of product you’re looking for the staff is very knowledgeable and very patient.

DONT GO HERE. ITS NOT WORTH IT. I will be driving ANYWHEREA ELSE FROM NOW ON. I have been going here for over a year but my last few visits have been so bad. One example, I bought 2 gram carts for full price, the carts were broken and had to drive over an hour back to replace them and they told me they won't replace them because "it does hit". They are not hitting and now you have lost a lot more than 1 faithful customer. Fix your customer service and follow through

Great little dispensary off the main highway from Reno. The girl that helped me was super friendly and nice. I’m from Oregon so it was strange that they just had me look at a tablet, tell them what I wanted, and then brought it out from the back. And the prices were outrageous! What I would have paid around $40 in Oregon for, was $85 plus tax was $102!! Insane. I have to remember to stock up before leaving Oregon to travel anywhere at all. Haha.

Amazing dispensary! I have high levels of social anxiety, and I always would rather go inside pure tonic then ordering pick up!! The staff is super cool, friendly, and easy to talk to. My Wife and I travel all over for work through many States and We can't remember enjoying a Dispensary as much as this one. The layout is very easy to navigate, making looking through their impressive menu as well as their stash of various gear/merchandise fun and easy to browse. Kenny helped us with Our bud choices and made the whole process a lot of fun. We were at the end of our day and exhausted, luckily Kenny had a great disposition and happily answered any and all questions We had with a great vibe that made choosing from their large selection smooth. Combining that with how brilliantly welcoming and friendly the manager Katelyn and the gentleman at the front door Nick were, We plan to be frequenting this shop throughout Our stay in the State.There are many great dispensaries out there, but the environment Pure Tonic cultivates certainly sets it apart as a one-of-a-kind Store.

Open 24/7 this dispensary is wonderful, the employees Katelyn and Michele were knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finding the right products for me. The pricing I found to be much better than Reno and Fernley…The are easy to get to off US-80 as well.
