GO TO JADE!!!!! Spent thousands here only to have my points erased and after talking to the manager politely nothing was resolved and I was told to pretty much go fms they have better bud at jade for cheaper. Service was ok but nobody had any clue what they were doing don’t go here unless you want to loose money. Jade is right down the street and will be taking me and my family’s business from now on this dispensary is a joke and no smoke 💨 if you want to waste money be their guest but STAY AWAY!!!! Go down the street a couple blocks to get taken care of this place is a joke

I've been a customer of The Dispensary 2, almost 3 years and usually always receive excellent service. Most of the budtenders are fairly knowledgeable and give good recommendations.Unfortunately tonight when I came in, Erik was the budtender that was "helping" me. He seemed to be having a bad night and was just unfriendly immediately. I told him what I was looking for and he pushed one brand. When I went to look at it, the terpenes are not shown and so I asked him what the terpenes were. He tells me I can scan it with my phone. I tell him I'm looking for myrcene and he tells me that myrcene is not a common terpene and is hard to find. I ask for terpene rich flower or fresh flower and he tells me that I should have looked online before coming. I wasn't expecting a miracle but I was hoping for at least some customer service or even respect. Condescending and rude, I walked out. I won't give my business to anyone that can't even make an effort.

When I came into the dispensary, the person who checked me in Ella, was very friendly and swift with her service. When I made it to the back my bud tender was just as friendly, swift as well as knowledgeable about products. Would definitely recommend this dispensary over all of the others I’ve visited in Reno based on staff knowledge and attentiveness alone. The premium products are the cherry on top! 🙌🏾

Husband went in and bought me 2 joints in which I didn't want. We didn't smoke it or open it. I asked if we can have a refund, and I had the receipt and everything. She said they couldn't exchange it unless it's defective. So if I smoke it and didn't get high would it be defective and I could get a refund? The receipt says 30 day return. They only offered a $20 credit. I spend $52.00. Not a happy customer I will be going elsewhere from now on.

1.9.24: First time in and I wanted to check out their Tuesday sales. After ID check-in, I walked through the door to the store section, where it was inviting and nicely lit. The budtender, Austin, immediately greeted me and summoned me over. I told him specifically what I was looking for and he was informative on each product. I was going to use my industry card to receive 30% off my purchase, but because it was my first time in, Austin said I get 30% off anyway. Overall, it was a great first visit and I would come back again.
