Probably the best selection I've seen in the whole country. It's more of a mall destination than it is a dispensary, but I wouldn't necessarily say that's a bad thing. I only went to the actual dispensary but they had a nice looking restaurant, a little Bodega thing, etc.I got helped up by Tristan - everyone I dealt with was very helpful , butI am calling him out specifically: extremely knowledgeable, could tell I was very confused about the way the checkout works and what the medical situation is there. He also swapped out a couple items for me that resulted in a better value. Give this dude a raise, or something in the customer retention/relations department...10 of 10. They don’t take credit cards. It LITERALLY says it there google. Was great finding out after waiting for like 20 minutes to be serviced. Never coming here again after that unless the company can make things right. What kind of business doesn’t take credit cards? Selection looks good though, pretty disappointed leaving empty handed. All I can say is WOW !!!! We have never seen anything like this ever in our travels and going to a Dispensary amd we are from BC and been in many. So up to date, hip, bright, super friendly staff and the selection like nothing I have ever experienced. This place has its own night club, coffee shop and restaurant. They show state of the art robotic manufacturing for cannabis products. Super impressed. Thank you for the experience.

Visited for first time on Wednesday. Lucky for us, they offer transit service from local hotels to and from. The van driver Jay is a 5 star 🌟 he is super funny, entertaining, and a good tour guide.The facility is new and nicely laid out. You must have your ID to enter. The staff are very knowledgeable, and there is a kiosk to place your order. Visit the van in the hall!

The worlds biggest dispensary. This used to be my favorite dispensary in Las Vegas by far. They used to offer everyone that was a loyal member local deals. As of October 2022 they informed me on my birthday October 13. That they no longer allow non-residents to receive daily deals. Since that happened, I have not spent more than 40 bucks there. I have spent thousands there literally. But I will not be back because they are more less concerned about tourists than loyal customers. I understand that Las Vegas is a tourist city. But you do have people that visit Las Vegas like locals keep in mind loyal customers,are not local or non-local. Most residence of Las Vegas don’t shop there because of the high prices even with the daily deals. LCB OUT I hope this was helpful. And yes, this dispensary is recreational with a limit of 2 ounces per day for non-residence.

This place is not walking distance from the strip. Gotta take an Uber! Upon entering the main doors, you will find a round information front desk area where you will be asked to show your ID. They will provide you with a ticket that you will need to use when entering the actual dispensary shop. The shop is located to your right. On the left side, you’ll find a small restaurant, coffee shop and floor to ceiling glass windows separating you from the chemist’s lab. All very cute and clean! Once you enter the shop, you’ll find numerous display cases showing all kinds of gummies and such. The attendants behind each case were very friendly and patient as we browsed down the display cases. You’ll also find some merch that will make good souvenirs. All in all, great pit stop to get away from the craziness of the strip for a while.

Man....I love this place! It's an awesome dispensary with a vast selection of top quality products. We had to take advantage of the photo ops in front of the wall and in the Van! They may be a little more expensive than some of the other dispensaries, but for the fun available the store, helpful and knowledgeable staff, and the quality of the products, it's totally worth it. If you're in Vegas definitely stop by for a visit. We ended up visiting twice while were there, and enjoyed every minute of it!

Great place to find everything you need! This place gets very busy so be sure to check in on the iPad as soon as you walk in to secure your spot in line. Planet 13 showcases all of their products well but the prices were more expensive than other places I have been (to be expected). Even though I don't partake of the devil's lettuce or jazz cabbage, I still found this place interesting.It is certainly unique as far as dispensaries are concerned so I'm compelled to rate it 5 stars. Nothing else really compares.The service is great but it is overshadowed by the fact that there is almost too much to do inside.If you are looking for a quick pick up order then this is not necessarily the best option.All I can say is stop by and see what they have to offer. Went here for the first time earlier this week. (I'm from Utah) It was super fascinating. From them canning their own canna drinks, and making their own chocolate and treats. The guy that helped us was very knowledgeable, and walked around with us, stood around with us, and waited for us to decide what to get all with patients. Their system of seeing customers was very organized, and easy. I'd recommend coming here, and spending some time checking things out. 🙂

The place is beautiful and huge. I think what they are planning to expand and it will become a more fun destination. Unfortunately, beyond that the place does not have that much more than any other dispensary and you pay a lot more for things because they have to pay for all that unused square footage. Go see it, but I doubt you will go more than once after your curiosity is satisfied.

OMG! Now this is a dispensary. I have probably visited 20 to 25 dispensaries, in the past few years and this one is huge. The biggest. Looks like a high-end jewelry store. It has around 35 to 40 registers and still you will probably wait 30 minutes. Well worth it. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They have a nice restaurant, coffee shop and a Cafe. It's like a mall before you enter dispensary and on the end of that mall you can watch production. Really impressive.

I've had deliveries at home from online orders and always been exceptionally satisfied with their products. They have daily specials and oftentimes 'happy hour' specials as well. The price can vary quite widely from day to day. The staff is great. Going there on a Saturday afternoon, however, wasn't a good idea, as the line was extremely long and I am unable to stand more than half an hour and it would easily have been 1-2 hours in line. They have discounts for locals and for medical card holders, which I have and it saves quite a bit of money. They recently started taking debit cards in addition to cash, which is a nice option.

They have a huge selection of flowers and concentrates, a decent selection of edibles, and a less than hoped for selection of topicals and bath selection. Cannabis recommendation holders beware - they won't accept it if your ID doesn't match the state your cannabis recommendation is from! I was unable to use my CA card eventho I explained I was born there! The person then asked for a passport. I went to a few other big dispensaries and they accepted my medical cannabis rec no questions asked and I was able to save so much needed money. Not sure why here is different. Won't be back.

I called planet 13 to report my issue and was told to send an email to info@planet13lasvegas.com with pictures of the seeds, which I did. I received no response from management. I went in to Planet 13 dispensary to pick up a separate order and follow up on my issue. I made a manager aware of my situation, he requested my ID, I complied and he then asked for a receipt , which I could not provide because the Planet 13 representative did not note that I would need to provide a receipt. In short, I went back and forth with this “manager” about the product being of low quality cannabis, but I paid for top notch cannabis. He basically blamed everything on me for smoking all of it(which mostly burnt up) and was very condescending as well. Shame on Planet 13 for selling bad grade cannabis and not accepting accountability. Also, degrading disabled combat veteran. Thanks much Planet 13 for ruining my birthday.

I was excited.....at first. When you first walk in its overwhelming. I thought to myself WOW!!! But that all changed when I walked in to the dispensary area. First off no one told me I had to check in. Even though I told the people who scanned my id that this was my first time. They just sent me down the hallway. The two security guards standing next to the front door didn't tell me anything either. Then you have to scan this ticket thing like your getting on the subway or something. All to have to deal with rude security personnel and even more unprofessional staff who literally told me they can't answer my questions until my number is called to purchase products. This is before I had to go all the way back to log in. I would not recommend planet 13 to anyone. Maybe they should spend less on EDC style decorating and invest in customer service seminars!!!!!

They have the best prices but their website is very misleading. Often discount prices only apply if you buy addition items. What additional items and how many you might ask? They dont tell you. On the website it will only say "18$ gram discount to 11$" with no mention that you have to buy 5 to get the discount. The website will tell you one price, then at the door they tell you the real price you're paying without the discounts applied. You will have to call to see if every discount is real or fake before you order.I contacted them and they confirmed that the prices on the website are incorrect. They said that they post their deals on weedmaps so people should know about them? Also that you can search for the deals specifically. BUT of you search under ALL with no filters you would never know what the qualifications for each deal are until they show up at the door to tell you you did it wrong. Please DO NOT order your product from here for delivery, under ANY circumstances. This is likely the worst delivery/customer service experience I've ever had. I called before I ordered and ask if the delivery wait was outrageous, I was assured it was not and there were extra drivers so there wouldn't be any issues. I placed my order right before 2:30 pm. It's now after 4:00am, Almost FOURTEEN HOURS later and I am still waiting awake for a delivery I'm unsure of when will be delivered. When the delivery did not come during the first window, I had to call and just got the run around and said it would now be here later than expected now. I understand this is a busy time, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I was called for the second at 10:30pm and told my delivery time would now be 12am-4am and told me I could cancel after already waiting 8hours??? At 3:30 am, I call back asking for a status update and am put on hold for 8 minutes then hung up on. I call back and am assured it will be here by 4am absolute latest and that I would be getting a call before then. They are taking orders they do not have the capacity to fill in ANY sort of timely manner. I called on 4 occasions and each time was just given the run around as well as conflicting stories. The customer service was HORRENDOUS.... And I'm now waiting awake after four AM for a delivery I made yesterday afternoon and was ASSURED wouldn't have delays and would arrive in the window stated.Don't be enamored by the bright lights of this place. I'm torn about my experience here. I will say that the service was incredible, everything feels very polished, and the presentation and displays are spot on. If you're in town then Planet 13 is definitely worth checking out.However, I deduct stars for two reasons. First, the bud was bone dry despite being packed less than a month before. Not acceptable for rolling at all, it has no stickiness. Second, the prices are absurd. In California, you can expect to pay about what you used to pay your dealer for reasonable weed (around $10/g average). But here you should expect to feel like a teenager buying their first gram ever - prices are double that, and the product is identical. This is the overhead you pay for the "superstore" experience. Quite frankly, this is a one-and-done experience. I know I can get more for much less elsewhere.

But you do have people that visit Las Vegas like locals keep in mind loyal customers,are not local or non-local. This place is not walking distance from the strip. Gotta take an Uber! Upon entering the main doors, you will find a round information front desk area where you will be asked to show your ID. They will provide you with a ticket that you will need to use when entering the actual dispensary shop. The shop is located to your right. On the left side, you’ll find a small restaurant, coffee shop and floor to ceiling glass windows separating you from the chemist’s lab. All very cute and clean! Once you enter the shop, you’ll find numerous display cases showing all kinds of gummies and such. The attendants behind each case were very friendly and patient as we browsed down the display cases. You’ll also find some merch that will make good souvenirs. All in all, great pit stop to get away from the craziness of the strip for a while.

Went here for the first time earlier this week. (I'm from Utah) It was super fascinating. From them canning their own canna drinks, and making their own chocolate and treats. The guy that helped us was very knowledgeable, and walked around with us, stood around with us, and waited for us to decide what to get all with patients. OMG! Now this is a dispensary. I have probably visited 20 to 25 dispensaries, in the past few years and this one is huge. The biggest. Looks like a high-end jewelry store. It has around 35 to 40 registers and still you will probably wait 30 minutes. Well worth it. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They have a nice restaurant, coffee shop and a Cafe. It's like a mall before you enter dispensary and on the end of that mall you can watch production. Really impressive.

I've had deliveries at home from online orders and always been exceptionally satisfied with their products. They have daily specials and oftentimes 'happy hour' specials as well. The price can vary quite widely from day to day. The staff is great. Going there on a Saturday afternoon, however, wasn't a good idea, as the line was extremely long and I am unable to stand more than half an hour and it would easily have been 1-2 hours in line. They have discounts for locals and for medical card holders, which I have and it saves quite a bit of money. They recently started taking debit cards in addition to cash, which is a nice option.

Cannabis recommendation holders beware - they won't accept it if your ID doesn't match the state your cannabis recommendation is from! I was unable to use my CA card eventho I explained I was born there! The person then asked for a passport. I went to a few other big dispensaries and they accepted my medical cannabis rec no questions asked and I was able to save so much needed money. Not sure why here is different. Won't be back.

I purchased Reina (2)Green Crack 3.5g Prepackaged on August 9th for $55.00 each. I found a total of 9 seeds within this particular strain, which is supposedly top notch. In addition, the strain would not burn evenly at all and did not meet the potency effects that was labeled on the packaging. I called planet 13 to report my issue and was told to send an email to info@planet13lasvegas.com with pictures of the seeds, which I did. I received no response from management. I went in to Planet 13 dispensary to pick up a separate order and follow up on my issue. I made a manager aware of my situation, he requested my ID, I complied and he then asked for a receipt , which I could not provide because the Planet 13 representative did not note that I would need to provide a receipt. In short, I went back and forth with this “manager” about the product being of low quality cannabis, but I paid for top notch cannabis. He basically blamed everything on me for smoking all of it(which mostly burnt up) and was very condescending as well. Shame on Planet 13 for selling bad grade cannabis and not accepting accountability. Also, degrading disabled combat veteran. Thanks much Planet 13 for ruining my birthday.

I was excited.....at first. When you first walk in its overwhelming. I thought to myself WOW!!! But that all changed when I walked in to the dispensary area. First off no one told me I had to check in. Even though I told the people who scanned my id that this was my first time. They just sent me down the hallway. The two security guards standing next to the front door didn't tell me anything either. Then you have to scan this ticket thing like your getting on the subway or something. All to have to deal with rude security personnel and even more unprofessional staff who literally told me they can't answer my questions until my number is called to purchase products. This is before I had to go all the way back to log in. I would not recommend planet 13 to anyone. Maybe they should spend less on EDC style decorating and invest in customer service seminars!!!!!

They have the best prices but their website is very misleading. Often discount prices only apply if you buy addition items. What additional items and how many you might ask? They dont tell you. On the website it will only say "18$ gram discount to 11$" with no mention that you have to buy 5 to get the discount. The website will tell you one price, then at the door they tell you the real price you're paying without the discounts applied. You will have to call to see if every discount is real or fake before you order.I contacted them and they confirmed that the prices on the website are incorrect. They said that they post their deals on weedmaps so people should know about them? Also that you can search for the deals specifically. BUT of you search under ALL with no filters you would never know what the qualifications for each deal are until they show up at the door to tell you you did it wrong. Please DO NOT order your product from here for delivery, under ANY circumstances. This is likely the worst delivery/customer service experience I've ever had. I called before I ordered and ask if the delivery wait was outrageous, I was assured it was not and there were extra drivers so there wouldn't be any issues. I placed my order right before 2:30 pm. It's now after 4:00am, Almost FOURTEEN HOURS later and I am still waiting awake for a delivery I'm unsure of when will be delivered. When the delivery did not come during the first window, I had to call and just got the run around and said it would now be here later than expected now. I understand this is a busy time, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I was called for the second at 10:30pm and told my delivery time would now be 12am-4am and told me I could cancel after already waiting 8hours??? At 3:30 am, I call back asking for a status update and am put on hold for 8 minutes then hung up on. I call back and am assured it will be here by 4am absolute latest and that I would be getting a call before then. They are taking orders they do not have the capacity to fill in ANY sort of timely manner. I called on 4 occasions and each time was just given the run around as well as conflicting stories. The customer service was HORRENDOUS.... And I'm now waiting awake after four AM for a delivery I made yesterday afternoon and was ASSURED wouldn't have delays and would arrive in the window stated.Don't be enamored by the bright lights of this place. It's a debacle, and not worth the hassle AT ALL

Great weed store, with many varieties of weed and editable, I’ve tried the macaroons and they were really good, I was a huge fan of Pineapple and Strawberry Weed. Make sure to bring a valid ID with you. The employees were super friendly and very helpful. You can also buy pre-rolled joints.The only accept cash or debit.

I'm torn about my experience here. I will say that the service was incredible, everything feels very polished, and the presentation and displays are spot on. If you're in town then Planet 13 is definitely worth checking out.However, I deduct stars for two reasons. First, the bud was bone dry despite being packed less than a month before. Not acceptable for rolling at all, it has no stickiness. Second, the prices are absurd. In California, you can expect to pay about what you used to pay your dealer for reasonable weed (around $10/g average). But here you should expect to feel like a teenager buying their first gram ever - prices are double that, and the product is identical. This is the overhead you pay for the "superstore" experience. Quite frankly, this is a one-and-done experience. I know I can get more for much less elsewhere.
