Honestly shocked at how many 5 star reviews there are. The staff there is very disrespectful and truly, all about public humiliation to their customers and extremely verbally aggressive towards me. Incredibly uncomfortable experience. Ended up leaving empty-handed and they could have cared less. I mean, why would they treat a new customer good when they already have so many loyal customers that give them so many five star ratings if you are a new customer, I would not recommend this place. I feel so hurt by the way I was treated in there my whole body’s shaking cause I seriously got treated so horribly.

Wonderful customer service! I'm a medical user and everyone is so helpful from doorman (love him) to everyone behind the counter! Haven't really indulged in specials since I only partake as necessary and purchase is quantities that last quite awhile. A big big thank you to all at Battle Mountain Dispensary!

I love this dispensary, they have great prices and so many specials and deals and the selection is amazing. The staff is always extremely helpful and kind. And I have never had to wait long, even during their busy time. Definitely worth my drive from Silver Springs.

I love coming in here, my husband and I look forward to seeing sky and the rest of the crew. They know that we like certain things and keep that in mind. Ever since I got hurt they are always willing to help me in anyway they can. Sky always goes above and beyond to help us out and any one who I have seen here interact with always gets the same treatment just so kind and caring. I prefer shopping at battle born over any where else. I hope one day we can get one out some where near the stagecoach/silver springs area. However truly appreciate the outstanding service every single time.

I have been going here since day one. I won't go any where else. The vibe is incredible. The employee are awesome. Some even know me by name. Ally was so helpful today and just so pleasant. We laughed my whole visit. But honestly I love them all there. I even make sure I switch up my bud tender every trip so I can catch up with them all

this place was terrible. Came from out of town, never been, all the guy wanted to do was sell me his "special". When asked to see certain price points with a certain THC i was give the complete opposite, was shown top shelf, not what I asked for. Again he pushed me to the "special" So I ended up buying what he wanted me to buy only due to his unwillingness to listen to what I was looking for. Place was a joke for service. Weed is powder dry and smokes like cardboard. dont waste your time.

Overall, I was disappointed with the service I received at Battle Born Dispensary. I understand that mistakes happen, but it was frustrating to not receive what I had ordered. I hope they can improve their attention to detail in the future to ensure that customers get exactly what they ask for. The products are great, but the service could use some improvement.

I had a nice delivery experience, they got here pretty quickly and called to verify everything beforehand which I appreciate. Prices are standard I suppose to what I was paying in Missouri dispensary’s. You can find good deals if you check the menu, there is quite a hefty variety of products from all categories of consumption.

The vibe is so off lately here. You can see all of these people just staring at other people. The tension is always super high and thats not what I look for in a dispensary. The only reason I even go anymore is for the super nice people that are there on weekend nights, they are phenomenal. I walk in and they know the products I like and am looking for. As far as my review avoid this place till after 4pm if you can!

I drive all the way from South Carson to come here. These guys are the best. Always easy in and out, great service, and curbside pickup is quick. Plus these guys always have the best deals, especially if you like concentrates! Awesome gear too - check out their terp pen - my favorite pocket size accessory for vaping concentrates. Even if they're out of your way, it's worth the extra 15 minute drive from the dispensaries in Carson City.
