Fantastic staff. Farrah (I think that’s how you spell it, Sorry) Brought to my attention that I had over 2000 points on my account. Needless to say, I stocked up for about two weeks thanks to this newfound info that I was not privy to. The whole staff in general is really kind and the prices are considerably better than other dispensaries.

I sing and MC about 20 hours a week so I had to stop smoking a few years ago because of my work. I was drinking Delta 9 beverages and eating the occasional gummy instead but the edibles and drinkables were giving me headaches and I really missed that feeling that I got from just smoking a little bit of flower. It’s very medicinal to me and helps me process things in a way that I really can’t otherwise. I mean, we have an Endocannabinoid system for a reason. So I recently started smoking again as a treat once a week, very light & smooth with my inhales as not to aggravate my throat. This place is my closest dispensary and I have to say the ordering and pick up process is very quick, easy, and convenient, and the prices seem really reasonable. I was worried the percentages of THC would be too high for me, especially after not smoking for so long but I started with 16% and now I’m at around 20%. I’ve been to other dispensaries this one has a very manageable variety. Everything is easy to read on the LED screens and ordering online is simple as well. I don’t like when there’s a million different options at these huge dispensaries. I know what I want (sativa) and I know what percentage I’m looking for and this small dispensary just really checks all the boxes. Open 24/7 and friendly staff.

Drove all the way over here because I saw multiple items for sale i was interested in, when i arrived they told me that was yesterdays sale and wouldnt give me the discount even though it was still live on the website. This is the second time this has happened here where the website shows a discounted price and when I get here they tell me its not actually on sale. Definitely wont be returning here, thanks for waisting my time >:(

Didn't get budtenders name but I told him what I was looking for and nailed it with the bomb ass omg pre roll. Got my veteran discount too. I was very impressed with the whole operation

Bought an 1/8 of Hustler's Ambition's Sticky Fingers yesterday. Opened it today and every nug I put in my grinder was packed with seeds. I've had street weed that wasn't this bad.I contacted NV Made to see what could be done and the Asst Manager on duty offered me an unbelievably generous 10% off my next order. Tax is already over 18%, 10% is nothing when the entire product I was sold is mostly seeds.Thanks but no thanks.

One of the fastest dispensary interactions I’ve ever had. Everyone was really nice and friendly. I was in and out less than 2 minutes and I put in an online order not even 10 minutes before arriving. 10/10

Expensive. Budtenders are not knowledgeable. I’ve been trying to support this place for 2 years now. But I still keep being reminded why I don’t come here. I’d rather drive 10 minutes further to any other place or Tree of Life. They are also not dog friendly at Nevada Made. And I like to weigh my stuff when I get home. Neveade made is consistently lower 1-3 grams lower than what you think you’re getting.

Don’t place a preorder here. No point because they will have you waiting in lobby as if you didn’t just wait 30 min for a text letting you know the order is ready. Poor management and poor people skills. Everyone there thinks that they are better than their customers. They give you the dirtiest looks like, do you want to step outside? Why offer pre orders if the damn pre order people always gone or at lunch. Won’t be coming back unless the manager with curly hair is ready to squabble.

Michael and Cash the manager were very nice and helpful. Cash was extremely knowledgeable. He helped me explain the scientifics so i can better understand the strains. I will always come here. The front staff is always super chill and nice. I do express most the time bc im on my way home from work. And its so fast im always in and out no problem.

I use to like his place. But all they could do is mad dog me. Tommy is still a nice guy as usual. But the guy that has short curly hair that seems to be a manager gave me a dirty look. You know the on in the advertisement in the lobby. Never coming back.

In response to their response...my 18 year old daughter with a valid state of NV medical card was denied the ability to purchase there, despite having done so many times before (including with me). She was told that they no longer accept med cards. I suspected they were lying to her, so I called and asked. I was told the same thing. That they were no longer accepting medical cards for anyone. They never mentioned an age limit. The employees either lied to her and to me or they are lying in their response below. Either way, they are doing shady business. Take your business elsewhere.We have been coming here for years (and loved it), however we were just informed today that this location is no longer accepting med cards. Go somewhere else. With so many options it is absurd for a dispensary to not take med cards.

Despite the fact that there’s a dispensary within walking distance of me (and at least half a dozen others on my immediate area), I often go out of my way and make the drive to Nevada Made because this shop is so good!They’ve got great deals, express pickup is a breeze, and the staff are all so lovely! Seriously, they’re always happy to see you, they’ll remember you because there isn’t a high turnover, and they all come across as genuinely happy to be there.Highly recommend!

Annoying customer service. Came up a few weeks ago to get a product that was online. They tell me it’s out of stock even though it’s online still. So I say ok no problem. I call today to check and they say they can’t disclose if they have a product over the phone the online menu is always correct -_-I work in the industry I know it’s not a CCB violation to answer if a product is simplyin stock or not. Seems pretty lazy.

The wait here is ridiculous.The thin lady at the front desk doesn't have the decency to grab your id and return it to you. And looks at you like you with an attitude. I am a business owner, and as a business owner I'd highly recommend to put someone up front that smiles and welcomes customers. And has enough energy to move a little to give them back their id card. What a shame. Hopefully a manager or business owner reads this

Please do something to be able to support the volume you have. Always short staffed, express is always closed, please fix it. I heard new management came and ppl started quitting. Not sure if that’s a good or bad thing but something needs to give. As someone who spends money here 3 times a week I just can’t take the inconsistent service anymore. Best wishes to the team there.
