Best customer service at a dispensary ever. The receptionist was informative and really made me feel at home on my first visit. (Michael I think)In the budtending area. Ashley was attentive and answered each question I had. Will most def be back, not because of the buds (although I am sure they are divine) but because of the wxceptional service, which is considerably rarer than good buds.

Updating my review based on a much improved experience recently. From start to finish the whole process was vastly improved. The whole experience was more streamlined and staff were friendly, courteous, helpful, and clearly management was ON them, so definitely kudos to the staff for helping restore my trust in this establishment. Careful though, the whole experience feels a bit forced and manicured, the staff did great based on the environment you set up for them to work in, but I don't want a number to get my order from, behind a barrier with cameras everywhere feeling like I'm under a microscope for trying to get my weed, I would kind of just prefer to work with a human, preferably a stoner with some clear experience and know how, establish a relationship based on trust. Maybe focus on making your staff more comfortable being themselves and they will naturally make the customers feel more at home as well. Just my thoughts as a humble cannabis consumer and apparently aspiring amateur cannabis critic. Oh, maybe we need a national cannabis workers union, am I right? Could you imagine the negotiating power and lobbying power, am I right? Weed the people. Yup, I'm definitely stoned. Shout out to Edward, Lola, the gentleman who helped me out today and last time, and the charming young lady working reception, whose name I want to say starts with a J, the whole team deserves credit for the effort. Also special thanks to the good people at District Cannabis, whoever you are, keep doing the good Lord’s work. You're fabulous, I love you, keep it up. The folks up front are very very courteous however I have felt duped over the past couple of years. People on Medicare get 20% off and I didn't learn about this until reapplying with DC government recently. Tens of dollars at least flushed down the toilet. Beaware if you are over 65 in DC!!

it’s a pretty cool dispensary, but the managers aren’t it. I went there a couple of days ago and the budtending service was amazing, but the way the managers publicly berate the employees if a slight mistake is made is astonishing. I believe the manager’s name was Crystal or Krystal (however you spell it). Witnessed her make a correction to a small mistake an employee made and saw her belittle them for the mistake while they were right there! I appreciate good customer service, but when you can’t even respect your staff that’s saying something.

Point 2 clearly says a physician's recommendation allows a patient to purchase from any DC dispensary for 30 days until your card application is approved. However, they will turn you away.Nobody picks up the phone to convey the correct information either.Go to another shop who takes the time to not mislead clients.

This is just a critique of one of the accessories I bought there. Their grinders are painted, and cheaply so, I noticed that red paint chips had fallen into the ground flower compartment, so not only did they sell me a defective, or cheaply made product, it wasted some supreme medical-herb, please just purchase plain unpainted stainless steel, or aluminum grinders. I have photos, and videos for anyone who wants to see how National Holistic Healing is possibly poisoning their clients with toxic paint chips that can fall into the ground cannabis, which can then be smoked, or vaped, please live up to the standard of your name, and stop selling this product painted. I’m glad I bought the red one where I could see the paint chips if you bought the green one, you’re in toxic-trouble.

The whole experience was more streamlined and staff were friendly, courteous, helpful, and clearly management was ON them, so definitely kudos to the staff for helping restore my trust in this establishment. Careful though, the whole experience feels a bit forced and manicured, the staff did great based on the environment you set up for them to work in, but I don't want a number to get my order from, behind a barrier with cameras everywhere feeling like I'm under a microscope for trying to get my weed, I would kind of just prefer to work with a human, preferably a stoner with some clear experience and know how, establish a relationship based on trust. Maybe focus on making your staff more comfortable being themselves and they will naturally make the customers feel more at home as well. Just my thoughts as a humble cannabis consumer and apparently aspiring amateur cannabis critic. Oh, maybe we need a national cannabis workers union, am I right? Could you imagine the negotiating power and lobbying power, am I right? Weed the people. Yup, I'm definitely stoned. Shout out to Edward, Lola, the gentleman who helped me out today and last time, and the charming young lady working reception, whose name I want to say starts with a J, the whole team deserves credit for the effort. it’s a pretty cool dispensary, but the managers aren’t it. I went there a couple of days ago and the budtending service was amazing, but the way the managers publicly berate the employees if a slight mistake is made is astonishing. I believe the manager’s name was Crystal or Krystal (however you spell it). Witnessed her make a correction to a small mistake an employee made and saw her belittle them for the mistake while they were right there! I appreciate good customer service, but when you can’t even respect your staff that’s saying something.

This is just a critique of one of the accessories I bought there. Their grinders are painted, and cheaply so, I noticed that red paint chips had fallen into the ground flower compartment, so not only did they sell me a defective, or cheaply made product, it wasted some supreme medical-herb, please just purchase plain unpainted stainless steel, or aluminum grinders. I have photos, and videos for anyone who wants to see how National Holistic Healing is possibly poisoning their clients with toxic paint chips that can fall into the ground cannabis, which can then be smoked, or vaped, please live up to the standard of your name, and stop selling this product painted. I’m glad I bought the red one where I could see the paint chips if you bought the green one, you’re in toxic-trouble.
