Long-time medicinal patient visiting friends in Ennis. My first visit to this location. Not only did Shyla know what amount of my requested "cryo" was available, but after my primary transaction I mentioned waiting for a new Gandalf pipe in 4 Corners or the Bozeman locations and she pulled out the last one in stock! Great for me to finally acquire, but also an unexpected interaction. Friendly, knowledgeable, and conversational. 10/5 experience, thanks Shyla and Charlie!

I was having a really bad day and I thought I'd pick up some smoke, maybe relax a little. On top of being knowledgeable about the products and having a great intuition to help connect the people with the right medicine, Casey is an amazing listener. He's genuinely interested in the wellness of his customers. So just having someone to talk to was great, but I got to talk to a compassionate person and I got some weed. Kinda a double win. Thanks
