High Profile in West Plains came through when I was out of town and needed a little help getting some rest. The staff was super friendly and really knew their stuff. They recommended the Northern Lights Diamond Vape by Rove, and it was exactly what I needed. The smooth flavor and relaxing effects were perfect for winding down after a long day. The store itself was clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. Definitely a spot I’ll be stopping by again whenever I’m in town.

I really like this dispensary. I used to live in Colorado so I’ve seen my fair share of not so nice ones. I like that they have like 6 bud tenders working at the busiest times and the way their system operates. I don’t mind waiting because I know everyone’s working. My only tiff is I don't like choosing my weed through a tablet or computer screen. Every once and a while I get the register thats right in front of the flower and thats sweet because I can look and point. I like darker, stickier strains but want to keep a certain price range. Either way nothings perfect and I will continue to come back! 🙂

I've been coming to high profile and it's predecessors for the last few years, I have a medical card for my medical condition, but in the last few weeks when I've ordered on line , my order was for a indica strain ,only to receive a hybrid indica that when I used it to go to sleep at night I couldn't fall asleep like I could with a straight indica. Today 9/4/25 when went on line and used the filter for only indica (not hybrid) . I picked it up in store and asked if they had a higher THC productAnd I told the bud tender the problem I had with hybrids, he told me I had the highest THC in the 1/8s...paid for my product, when I got home and opened up my bag....sure enough "INDICA HYBRID AGAIN" COME ON YOU GUYS ! YOU CAN AND HAVE DONE BETTER , MAYBE SOME PUBLICITY MAY HELP , I DON'T KNOW. HIGH PROFILE, IF WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO ME YOU KNOW MY EMAIL.. I will always want the prices lower. Dang, I understand. However, it is getting better and cheaper all the time. I like Michigan prices so much better. I asked all the right questions and still ended up with the absolute opposite effects of what I needed. When someone is overwhelmed with stress or loss, please pay attention and make sure they get what they need.I noticed on all unfavorable reviews,You ask the person to email you with more info. This is the dispensary for me. Friendly and courteous. But, I suppose new names, strains, you have to do your own homework before purchasing. I like indica dominant strains and hybrids. As a special, I was given a chance to buy a preroll for a penny! They told me it was sativa dominate. I looked it up online the www and learned it was exactly what I was looking for!!! It was not sativa at all. It was indica indica hybrid indica preroll. No sativa at all in it! Born and bred in Michigan indica mixed with a different strain of indica. I'm glad they were wrong on this go round!!! Preroll is called Animal Blues.

This use to be a great dispensary until they changed from the farmers wife from there it went down hill at a rapid speed. For example,You can never get anyone to answer the phones (even after calling for 30ins and being put to someone will be with you shortly......), you have to ask them to apply your points even after applying them online, and not to mention how they run online ads showing free swag if you spend 100+. I never realized a receipt is considered free swag!?!?! Because that's all I got other than my products in the purple bag after spending 300+ dollars. Don't advertise something if your not going to follow thru high profile.

But since the change over... the reward system is now a joke, and that is what they do to people who are loyal costumers... prices went up but fluctuate.... And yes they need more personable on the phone, I've had to help out couple older people cause they just didn't understand the question I guess
