Service is amazing! Staff is exceptional! This place would be perfect if they separated online orders from walk-ins. Sometimes it takes an hour waiting for your order. Having people sitting in a tiny waiting room for hours is not sanitary.

Had an incredibly poor experience. First one Iv ever had after years of good experiences. I purchased a Cart that was 20% emptier than typical. Not the first time it’s happened but they replaced it with a full one the one time it happened before. The manager Olivia, was rude and seemed inconvenienced by my attempt to have it replaced. She gave some incorrect excuse about new hardware and proceeded to look up my purchase history in an attempt to discredit how many items like this I have purchased. Told me there was nothing she could do and wouldn’t even check another box to see if it was filled the same. Iv had great interactions with all staff until now and it truly has me considering another dispensary. I’m stuck with the product unless I make a separate trip in to talk the GM.

I don’t know what it is about sundays, but this is the third time I’ve made an order on a Sunday and had issues.The first Sunday a couple of months ago I placed my order and used my $10 rewards I EARNED by spending money with them, they were completely closed by 6pm.The second Sunday they weren’t taking online orders, so you had to come in and wait… I sat there for about 20 minutes, asked the people ahead of me how long they been waiting, they said awhile, so I left.This sunday, drive thru is shut off and you have to go in and wait on your online order while the two ladies in the back chitchat it up…Another issue… birthday rewards.. they send you a deal in your email, but don’t honor it when you try to use it.

My whole experience today was awesome! I appreciated the professionalism of the person at the Front Desk, especially when some folks were being a bit obnoxious in the waiting room. She called them out & asked them to refrain from using foul language (which I personally have no issue with, but I GREATLY appreciated her taking the time to make the experience a pleasant one for EVERYONE), and then Cynthia called me in to get my order. She was FANTASTIC! Very easy to talk to, very professional, and she is DEFINITELY a wonderful part of a wonderful team! Thank you to all of you at Proper- Warrenton for all of your hard work & expertise! I was already a repeat customer and after today, I most certainly will remain a repeat customer! Especially when Mango Chili Honeybees are in stock!!

This was my favorite store. I used to work there and only had to quit for family reasons. But now when I go in, the vibe is just off. Everyone there seems sad. I don’t even think the music is playing. There used to be laughter flowing through the store and “love yous” and “I appreciate yous” being thrown around constantly. Now it’s just overly quiet and awkward. Budtenders are nice, but they all seem sad. It’s like morale is way down or something. Going in there was such a big highlight of my day, now I avoid it because I seem to be the happiest one there and it’s weird.

This location is definitely hit or miss on customer service! Luckily I know my flower. Also depends on who you get on coupon rules. Needs to be consistent. I have a BOGO from 420. Sometimes I can use it with no issues and sometimes the rules are different. Crestwood is the BEST proper location for customer service!

Rude. I only go once a month. Tried to use a coupon, the last day it's good for, made online order drove up and there's a sign on the window they're closed for the day. Go up the next morning, rude orange haired girl, we won't honor your coupon since we've had a sign up for a week. OK. So i make a new order and try to use my rewards points. Get up there everything's fine until i say i want to use my rewards points then she disappears comes back and throws my order thru the window not saying anything at all.

I have been coming here since they have opened!! Some of the new evening crew is kinda rude. That’s the first!! I absolutely have had no issues with proper!! They actually have become like a family and I really enjoy coming in. We all wish prices could go down but it is what it is!! A few of the employees really encouraged me to keep fighting through my cancer walk! I just think they are some amazing souls!! Thank you so much Proper!! Always so loving and caring !!!
