I usually order from the herb curb which is very convenient. Also from some of the other reviews it sounds like going inside is a hot mess now. But the problem is the information on your website is obviously wrong. While shopping for flower it looks as if a majority of the THC percentages stated are incorrect. I mean there is anywhere from %2.9 to %49 percent THC. I usually buy Daybreak and right now the levels are stated as very low which is not normal for their range. I have tried to call to verify however no one will answer the phone. How hard is it to properly enter information for your website. Y'all are making it look like people who smoke weed are unable to efficiently perform their jobs, which is untrue for most smokers.

UPDATE.. after leaving my initial review kind goods contacted me and told me I could bring the cartridge back to the store and they would replace it or refund my money. I took the cartridge back up there and they had me go outside with a battery of theirs, and when they saw that it didn’t work they replaced it with one that did. Very happy with the product and their service.I purchased a $40 cartridge from Kind goods. This was my first time using this dispensary And I regret going there now. I bought a $40 pinpoint cartridge. I took it home and hit it twice. Went to bed that night woke up the next morning. Tried to hit it. It didn’t work. I switched batteries three different times trying to make sure it wasn’t the battery and it was not the battery. When I first put my review up, the company did respond back to the review. I emailed them at the email address provided. I also called the dispensary and left a voicemail because nobody answered and have not been contacted about a resolution since. Their responses come into the dispensary or Call, but the dispensary is not very close to my house so I’m not going to go in there without knowing the resolution. The dispensary had a really cool vibe and everybody there was nice, but if the product is defective or not quality it really doesn’t matter how nice the people are or what the vibe is like.The company responded back to this review asking me to email them with further information. I did and nobody has responded. I also called the dispensary and didn’t get an answer but left a voicemail. The vibe of the dispensary is very cool and the people were very nice but the product so far and the customer service afterwards is one star. The response also states that I can come into the store and handle it in person, but I don’t know what their resolution is if I can’t speak to them and I’m about 20 miles from the dispensary so it’s just not very convenient to drive back Not knowing what the outcome is going to be.The vibe of this dispensary is very cool and welcoming. Just walked out after waiting 5 minutes in the lobby then another 10 inside…was last person in recreational line when security guard let next group of about 8 people in and they told me, the Store Manager, that I had to wait until all Medical and On-line were done, that was at least another 5 people….then she says if they continue to let more people in, it doesn’t matter if your next up you will have to CONTINUOUSLY wait until the others are done!!!! Even if they NEVER stop letting others in…you just wait!!! Just lost a customer!! Thanks. Awesome Customer Service!!! BYE

I’ve been coming here for a long time with my medical marijuana card. I’ve left a 5 star review in the past but I absolutely wanted to correct it.I didn’t make an online order but I wanted vapes. The salesman “Loren” (dyed grey hair, thin) I asked if there were any sales or specials he said no and I said how about pinpoint? (That’s a brand) he told me that it’s delta 9 and he asked me if I want to suck on gas? I was confused and asked what he meant, he told me that I could be “cheap and get the poison if I wanted” I was very confused. He then told me it causes popcorn lung and asked if that’s what I wanted… I asked him to confirm that kindgoods sells “poison” he confirmed and even added that it’s not regulated and some bill just passed allowing them to sell even more of this poison!I couldn’t believe it. I asked for his name to report his moronic sales tactic, he then called me a “creep”Finally I asked for him to get a manager who was able to do business with me.I have a medical card for a reason so when I go to get my medicine I find it absolutely absurd that I’m told I’m cheap and poisoning myself before I even decide on what to even get! It’s not like I only want pinpoint… I was honestly not expecting an anxiety attack and to be called names.The manager was excellent.I will include my last review in the photos… thank you and be good to each other

This place used to be my go-to. Like, I've spent thousands with them. However, it's time to find an alternative. I've been patient bc the staff is AMAZING. However, wait times have gotten ridiculous with their new "system" that is obviously ineffective. Also, why offer a drive thru when it is closed on random days without notice on your website? For handicapped people, this is extremely frustrating. Points becoming less and less valuable and take longer to accumulate. There are plenty of other options in town, I think Ill be taking my business elsewhere. A bummer because again, the people they employ are great. I feel for them.

The Saint Peters,Mo location has the absolutely worse customer service. I have gave this location a few chances to redeem themselves because they are literally 5 minutes from my house…the manager a shorter white guy with salt and pepper hair has the worse attitude towards people. It was a black girl with short blond hair who attitudes ABSOLUTELY is terrible. I really Go for convenience but I rather go to another Dispensary before I give Them anymore of my money…It’s really sad you have to experience such poor service in your neighborhood…Kind Goods but MEAN SERVICE

Great place to grab some bud always a good vibe to catch. I would like it if they would let you order through the drive up because placing the order online with the app is a pain. The place can get pretty busy and the bud tender never rush, each person is free to ask questions, smell, and get the bud tender opinions with no pressure. This is a great purchasing experience to witness and be apart of if you aren’t knowledgeable or just like searching for new strains to enjoy. It makes for long lines so if on a time crunch make sure to order ahead. The prices are fair and the rewards/discounts more than make up for any high prices for better strains.

Came in to buy the special ounce for usually have good experience here. However, I had the unfortunate meeting with but gender Sommer she weighed out my ounce as she did so I told her that it was only at 27. She gave me attitude, ignored me three times and then at the end I told her I wanted her to re-weight in front of me and she acted benign when she went to go add more weed she threw in a nug and gave me attitude and it still was only at 27.40 so then she added a little more then when I tried to see her name tag she turned it around on purpose while I do understand it was busy, I didn't expect much other than a friendly smile and to receive my full purchase at full quality /quantity

Eta 1st I got upsold a cart for $40 more that was terrible and now I bought my regular cart and it tastes like straight chemicals. I called and after it ran 50x I left a voicemail but I still haven't received a call back whether or not it's safe to smoke it?? I am highly disappointed in kind goods. I will not be returning and I will be sharing this with my followers.I was pretty disappointed with my last visit. They told me pinpoint isn't being sold bc it gums up so they upsold me a $90 cart rather than my usual $50 swearing it would be worth it. Quality wise it's no different but IT GUMMED UP. How can you upsell me $40 more and it still is terrible? I won't be back.

I’ve put it on several different batteries and it’s definitely the cartridge not the battery And I’m stuck with a full cartridge that I can’t smoke and I paid for.

    The Saint Peters,Mo location has the absolutely worse customer service. I have gave this location a few chances to redeem themselves because they are literally 5 minutes from my house…the manager a shorter white guy with salt and pepper hair has the worse attitude towards people. It was a black girl with short blond hair who attitudes ABSOLUTELY is terrible. I really Go for convenience but I rather go to another Dispensary before I give Them anymore of my money…It’s really sad you have to experience such poor service in your neighborhood…Kind Goods but MEAN SERVICE

    Great place to grab some bud always a good vibe to catch. I would like it if they would let you order through the drive up because placing the order online with the app is a pain. The place can get pretty busy and the bud tender never rush, each person is free to ask questions, smell, and get the bud tender opinions with no pressure. This is a great purchasing experience to witness and be apart of if you aren’t knowledgeable or just like searching for new strains to enjoy. It makes for long lines so if on a time crunch make sure to order ahead. The prices are fair and the rewards/discounts more than make up for any high prices for better strains.

Seen this now four times. I live local and try to come here often... It's sad,, it's like we're only here to watch them please around things that don't identify with anything...,.

    Came in to buy the special ounce for usually have good experience here. However, I had the unfortunate meeting with but gender Sommer she weighed out my ounce as she did so I told her that it was only at 27. She gave me attitude, ignored me three times and then at the end I told her I wanted her to re-weight in front of me and she acted benign when she went to go add more weed she threw in a nug and gave me attitude and it still was only at 27.40 so then she added a little more then when I tried to see her name tag she turned it around on purpose while I do understand it was busy, I didn't expect much other than a friendly smile and to receive my full purchase at full quality /quantity

    Nichole is the greatest very knowledgeable and understanding great listener great budtender helps me whenever I get into where I want to change up something she knows exactly what I want and most of the time she knows what I want before I even get it up there to get what I want she's the best and I look forward to seeing her every time I come in to your store in the Fenton location she brings and she brings so much sunshine and I thank her everyday for being the person that she is and ever getting to meet her she's the best

    Eta 1st I got upsold a cart for $40 more that was terrible and now I bought my regular cart and it tastes like straight chemicals. I called and after it ran 50x I left a voicemail but I still haven't received a call back whether or not it's safe to smoke it?? I am highly disappointed in kind goods. I will not be returning and I will be sharing this with my followers.I was pretty disappointed with my last visit. They told me pinpoint isn't being sold bc it gums up so they upsold me a $90 cart rather than my usual $50 swearing it would be worth it. Quality wise it's no different but IT GUMMED UP. How can you upsell me $40 more and it still is terrible? I won't be back.
    Probably the best dispensary I’ve been too. Super clean, super fast service, and everyone is friendly. My bud tender Sarah was willing to give me insight on what flower to buy which was very helpful and appreciated.
