Visited Swade while I was in the city for an event. Staff was very friendly, from the front entrance to checkout. Store setup was organized and super clean. Prices are steep compared to other dispensaries I’ve visited. I didn’t know I walked in during happy hour and by the time I got to the counter, happy hour was over and the prices were different. I purchased 2 items that had a $10 price on it but one rang up as $48 and the other $14 so that was disappointing. I would’ve appreciated if they honored the price that was displayed or either announced when happy hour was ending so customers are aware and can checkout before the price increase. Other than that my experience was cool. They had a nice variety of items in there and first time visitors get a 20% discount.

Everything was cool the most times I go but the last time I went seemed off. The flower I purchased wasn’t sealed and the weed inside was two different types. And clearly smoked different. I really loved this location but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I normally don’t leave comments or complaints but she was so annoying.Guard on duty today was rude for no reason.She looked busy when she scanned my ID and put it back in the widow for me to grab (said nothing and didn’t look at me once- no biggie I don’t care) just grabbed ID and put it back in the window then opened the door but still said nothing to me. I asked if I was good to come through cause the light was green. She finally did look at me and said “I’m doing two things at once. Yeah you can go” and I came in and she looked at me and said in front of the supervisor and a guest “ what’s the problem miss Clark” . I started to say “I wasn’t told anything so I asked” and she interrupted me and said “I’m talking to my supervisor”.She probably interrupted me because she knew what I was going to say and knew she was wrong.The guest laughed and looked at the guard. Supervisor stayed quiet.I felt very unwelcome and was talked to like I did something wrong? I literally just asked if she was ready for me to come in (I said it quietly and when she wasn’t talking) I knew she was busy and I politely asked if she was wanting me to go through the door. I was not rushing but I had zero communication and didn’t want to walk through any doors without permission/direction.Really don’t care to come back and it’s a shame cause it’s close to me.

I love this place, the people behind the counter are really helpful and friendly. Overall the experience is quick and easy. Only thing I didn't like was the door guy with the attitude problem, I really wanted to ask him what his problem is, all you do all day is check Ids why are you so upset and passive with your behavior.

Gene said it was the daytime smoke. Oh that never works for me! Well, my housekeeper is coming today! My house is clean!! They were all great !! I’ll be back!!

Jamie was great. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is that even with a pre-order and a med card, I still had to wait quite a bit. Of course this is not my bud tenders fault but I did feel like somebody should have acknowledged me while I stood there.

This is the only dispensary I have visited that serves their THC soda cans CHILLED. Everyplace else hands me a warm can of soda and that is NOT cool. Swade has earned themselves a loyal customer!

I love this place! It's one of the only dispensaries I know that gives you a free product upon your first purchase. As well as discounts for the second and third purchases. Prices are good and I really enjoy the inside decor. The staff are wonderful, friendly and educated. All around wonderful place and great products!
