Tommy was extremely knowledgeable, on products that , I told him - what i needed , looking for. He attentively listened to me, did not interrupt me at all. Showed compassion and , he did recommend a product - i was going to go with, but decided on something else, he was extremely helpful. Highly recommended him , to be my weed guy or bud master i guess they call it, everytime I go in to proper again. The only thing which was not anyone's particular fault. To be fair I don’t smoke weed or eat edibles but I do use the lotions and patches for pain management and they are really helpful with recommendations and talking through the purchases with me.

I stopped in today to take advantage of a coupon that was delivered in our neighborhood I’m glad I did! The young men at the counter were all so friendly, knowledgeable and polite which is not something we see often enough these days. I wish I would have gotten the first young man’s name he was extremely kind then Justin took over he made a few great selection for me he also informed me that I had $20 in rewards and would I like to use them that’s a big YES! I also got to pick a treat for spending over a certain amount make sure you sign up for their rewards they truly pay off😁thanks again Justin!

Was getting very nervous don't really even know why. But I could not function so I went to your store had never bought anything like that before. And everyone was so nice and helpful and explained everything to me. And they worked with me to find something that would help with my issues. I appreciate the way they all were it made me feel comfortable and. allowed me to feel able to ask them questions.It was a very positive experience. And with their help I was able to buy two products that helped me calm down and even let me sleep at night. Kudos to everyone that was there the day I came in. They all were amazing.

I love this place. Great atmosphere. Everyone is awesome and friendly. They always take care of me. I was having a rough day and was out with Covid for 3 days in which my job is not paying me for. So I lost out of about $300 for the work week. So I needed a lil stress relief. Jake asked me how my day was and I told him about my issue and he decided to give me an extra .5G joint for my woes. It was extremely nice of him to do that for me. Make sure you give Proper a try you won’t regret it

I’ve been going here for over 2 years and go roughly every two weeks. The customer service is amazing; I can assure that you will not find better consistent customer service in any industry better then what they provide at Proper. The knowledge and expertise of the staff is top notch. The products are quality and reasonably priced. The only complaints I’ve ever heard are from street drug dealers who’re angry a legitimate well-ran business took their customers away. The variety in strains and brands is impressive as well. They're always throwing deals through discounts special holidays and the great points system. Also the new GM Mo does a phenomenal job and treats customers with respect and gets straight to the point in handling issues. 10/10 highly reccomend the strains Golden Goat and Mango Haze from Proper.
