Not all dispensaries are created equal and NatureMed is head and shoulders above many others in town. I had a different dispensary that I liked and thought was my favorite, but then I went here and realized that I was mistaken. This quickly became my new favorite for their friendliness, selection, quality, and positive attitudes of the staff. If you're not sure what you are looking for they are great about taking the time to help you find something that will help you and they explain the differences and the benefits. It's a cheerful, bright place and is easy on the budget. I've been to dispensaries in town that wiped out my wallet, but I can often get twice as much here for the same price thanks to their daily specials. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed

Charlie is one of the best if not the very best! Very understanding, patient and informative! All of them are good, but he has a vibe & energy that is contagious! I didn't know what I wanted, and he stood patiently helping me find what I wanted. Somebody give him a raise! The sweet lady on #3 was helpful as well. My favorite dispensary in St. Louis!

Been coming here for almost a year, know me by name, everyone friendly and helpful. Last night I was short 25 cents so I asked a fellow smoker outside for a quarter. Employees were "watching" on the camera waiting for an exchange of a quarter just to run out and ban, for the night, both myself and the nice gentleman who gave me a quarter. I'm sorry bro I didn't know! Why did they watch and not come say "hey you can't exchange money outside the building".... Or something? Instead they humiliate us in the parking lot! Completely ridiculous. Definitely will start going elsewhere.

I came in a few days, maybe a week ago. I forgot to make a review of my pleasant experience.Dr. Nate and Adam were amazing making sure I was compensated and they made me feel so much better. I came in feeling bad about a cart I had to have tested but they reassured me and took care of the situation! I walked away very satisfied and excited for my next visit! They deserve a raise 🥹

So I forgot to post this review a few months ago but I remembered just now so here I am 🤷🏻♀️ this place was good when it first opened but then quality and service have both went down hill. The old “vape tops” were glass and now are plastic😬 and obviously are very very cheap because I’ve never had one LEAK EVERYWHERE from anywhere else but this place. Sadly I didn’t make it to the store within 48 hours because it didn’t leak until about 44 hours and I was working so I got to the store at the 50 hour mark and I guess when they say 48 hours they mean 48 hours because I was denied based on the time of my receipt! 🤣 it’s really sad because at one point I recommended everyone to go here and now I recommend to go anywhere else!

Asked me a question and I said idk my wife put this order together. He then told me I couldn't say wife! This was so uncomfortable I don't think I can continue to shop with them if this is there mind set.

This dispensary is truly exceptional. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the wait times are consistently short. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Danny, Lexi, and Liz. When an order was mixed up due to a communication error, they promptly resolved the issue and even provided compensation. I love this place and it will definitely be my go-to dispensary.

I’ve had good experiences until today, I web ordered product that I thought was one percentage but was given another that was 10% lower. They did admit a mistake of a type o and credit of 40$ that I could use in 10$ increments. If you admit fault you should be able to get me the right product. If I was spending 20$ it’s one thing but 100$ and I don’t even want it, I don’t think is fair unless this can be rectified I won’t be back.

I've always had a great experience here pretty much every time I've gone.Unfortunately my fiance didn't have the best time there. She said the lady at the front was very quick and kinda rude to her. One of the employees forgot to give her, her i.d. back so she had to go back in to get it. The lady ignored her for the next person in line and kept asking to help him even though my fiance came back in first and just wanted her i.d. back. And the guy in line kept trying to get the lady to take my fiance first instead of ignoring her. My fiance thought maybe it was put in the bag by mistake, so she began to open it to take a look. The lady yelled at her that she can't open that in here. Not a great time. And we understand everyone has bad days but I feel as a dispensary that helps people with their anxiety shouldn't ever cause people more anxiety. This was an unfortunate situation.

The people here were very nice. I had never been here before. I don't think I had ever even heard of them. They have the best Veteran's discount I have seen in a while. And the best Indica variety I have seen in a very long while. I only smoke Indica. My budtender didn't need to ask a bunch of questions to know exactly what to choose. I love lots of variety and that's what I received! Great service. Great price. And so far, excellent product. Grandpa was bad!!!

The only reason this is getting two stars is because they had stock of preferred brands, but this experience was awful. I placed my order and the website only let me choose to pick it up next day/reserve a time, which was fine. It was almost 8pm, so that worked for me. I get to the dispensary and there is a significant quality difference with customer service versus other dispensaries in the area. They held onto my ID and medical card until the purchase was complete, which was odd as no other dispensary did that to me, but whatever. The person helping me told me they couldn't find my order and they stated that the system doesn't hold orders overnight..which was the only option for my order. It was also frustrating as I had the exact amount, but since the order supposedly didn't hold, neither did the discount of the day price. They already marked up their products by $10 compared to other dispensaries in the area, so I spent $40 more than anticipated, which sucked. The person completing my order was very matter of fact and couldn't answer any of my questions. They also refused to make any kind of eye contact. Parking was not great-people park poorly and another customer parked 3 inches from my driver's side door. I will not be back as none of this experience was acceptable.
