Biggest issue with this dispensary is the staff. I’m not sure if the staff is uneducated or unfriendly. Whichever one it is, the staff needs to be educated more on the products that they are selling. Most questions about products that I’ve asked, the staff doesn’t know much and doesn’t care to find out the information asked for. I usually just end up googling my questions to get my answers. Whether it’s lack of knowledge or horrible customer service both are issues the staff at this store needs help with improving on.Great range of products available that are usually kept in stock though.

So easy that I wasn't sure it went through so when I got there and was asked if I had an online order I said I don't know; but was reassured it had made it. 😂 Then Brandon was great while checking me out making sure I received all eligible discounts and reward points!!! Literally the Best Dispensary in The City of St. Louis! Happy hour prices from 3:15-4:20 is so Awesome! Bud tenders are 10 out of 10 Every one is Always Above Pleasant. Never been in the building for more 20 minutes for a pickup if it even took that long always Fast service especially when you preorder. This the Dispensary that You Won't Regret Visiting!

Ashley was so sweet! The store was pretty busy and you could tell she’d had a day, but she still managed to give us details about the deals and provided the best customer service. If you’ve ever worked in retail or customer service, you know how hard it is to keep a positive attitude and a smile when the store has been busy.
