Wow I just got ripped off!!!! The quality of this concentrate from Head Change is so old and dry. Absolutely no smell, even after I smashed it. So gross! At $65 a gram I will take my money elsewhere! Go to GREENLIGHT DISPENSARY. Check out their menu! Far better quality and prices. Shame on you Fresh Karma for selling old outdated products. No wonder you don’t like to show your product pre-purchase. No one would buy a damn thing from your establishment.

Staff is amazing and super knowledgeable and they always have great deals! Whoever owns it, however, only gets 2 stars.This store does not honor their 7 day cart policy. I took one in after 3 days and they told me they wouldn’t help me. (Was told when I bought it about the 7 day policy.) I’ve know about it for a while as I’m a frequent customer, but have never had to use it till today. I bought one of their batteries and it had burned my cart out and made it leak. everywhere. The gal a the desk (nice lady) admitted that they’ve been know to do that on they’re own, but when she came back from talking to the manager she said it was my fault and it was cause the conditions I left it in. Not very happy. May be time to switch to Vert.They keep making changes to this store that are ruining its original shine.

Fresh karma dispensary is highly recommended for my personal POV, i've smoked weed off and on for years now... and I have never ever seen a professional, well driven, professional marijuana dispensary. They have a plethora of items to choose from to experience your choice elevation. I highly recommend stopping by fresh karma. It's worth your buck, and also they have a perk where you can come in with a purchase of an item leave a good review and you can get a penny pre-roll for the fun.of it.

Really good experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The shop was clean and well organized, and the prices felt fair compared to other places. I’ll definitely be coming back

I would like to give zero stars but honestly the young man at the entrance window was very friendly and informative. The security person inside was smiling and very kind as well.As a senior with a medical condition, I just needed a little patience and communication that would help me select the product that would be best for me to try. "Ethan B" (name on receipt) obviously doesn't like assisting elderly and appeared irritated by my questions. He rather shoved his tablet at me and said some unintelligible rapid speech that sounded like; for "arthritis and things like that". However, I NEVER SAID IN ANY WAY THAT I HAD AN ARTHRITIC CONDITION, and I do not! This is an example of the mean attitude, rude demeanor and totally rushed experience I had at this dispensary. I have been here one other time previously and found it very friendly, helpful and informative, but this time was the opposite. I did tell the employees on my way out so hopefully the manager received the information as to my experience. This guy should NOT be tending to seniors with medical cards and probably NOT BE in customer service at all. He made me feel uncomfortable, embarrassed to be there and anxious as well as super rushed as though he couldn't wait to get finished with me. It still was bothering me the next day, so I am writing a review online. Elderly folks beware -ask for a different person other than this to wait on you here. It is a very nice-looking store; very clean and the other staff were just fine.

It's very welcoming here, like right at the door through the rest of the establishment. When I stop in to grab a quick pre-roll, the employees always make a legitimate effort in trying to get me the best quality for the best price! Also they're prompt. To the extent of me seeing Fresh Karma as like a Cannabis emergency room, which is greatly appreciated cause hey, sometimes I need an emergency doobie on the fly! Respect....

Fresh Karma is a great place to buy from. Kind and friendly staff, except one instance where a checkout lady for the mobile orders was obviously having a bad day.The site is easy to use, and mobile orders are a breeze. Only downfall is they are in MO and the quality of marijuana leaves so much to be desired, and the prices are quite high (no pun intened) compared to other states. I also don't like the way the flower is not displayed like in other states, like CO, and it feels like there's some shady things going on behind the back wall, but I understand this is all because of the laws on the books, but this is a negative to me, hence the one missing star.

We rarely have any issues, and if you place an online order (or have a med card) the process is so quick it rarely takes longer than 20 minutes from the moment you park to the moment you leave. All the budtenders are absolutely amazing, and so knowledgeable! Love shopping here!

I also want to add: based on my purchases, the staff member made another suggestion I might want to try down the road, as it had the same qualities and gave the same experience of the products I purchased. I took him up on his suggestion, and was very satisfied with the outcome. Until somebody I trust suggests a better dispensary, this will be my go-to dispensary.
