I left out and noticed when I got to my car I had 2 of the same thing which wasn't correct. I immediately went back in Let security know my concerns and they allowed me to speak with Charles 💯💯🙏🏾who was above and beyond professional and help me to the best of his ability to get my services taken care of which he did. I was very, very satisfied. I will be back. I will travel from saint. Louis county, just for the customer service of High-profile Dispensary 💪🏾👌🏾⛽️
The lack of variety in cartridge formulation options is constantly disappointing. Why do you never have live rosin or resin in cartridge form for Sativa? You often only have the regular distillate which is the least healthy option to provide. I don’t see evidence you care about our health, or the best interest of the customer.These prices are also WAYYY too expensive, which makes your products unreachable for underserved customers unable to spend over $60 on something that costs less than $10 to make. I’m starting to question the moral standards of this company, High Profile.What a let down.
Waited 30 mins in the drive thru and finally get up to the window where the budtender repeats and confirms my order. So I then reply, I seen on your website for second time customers you get a penny pre roll, she says yes you do but I messed up and already hit the cash out button so you’ll have to buy something else to get your pre roll. All of this after their website claimed to be 5 prerolls for 55 bucks and some home my total was 85 dollars. Needless to say my experience was unsatisfactory to say the absolute least.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Ultra- clean facility. Gave me a 20% discount because they believed I was inconvenienced. No need for that but thank you nonetheless!

i waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru for me to be told to circle back around, and as soon as i left the window i got a text saying my order was ready. I circled back around, waited another 40 minutes-they say they take debit but don’t specify if it’s actual debit or dutchie or some other form of debit they have there for my card to be declined. (please specify what kind of debit you all take. i work at a dispensary and this never would have happened at mine.) When I circled back around, the person had changed shifts with a brand new person who had what looked like nobody there to train him. because he walked away for five minutes while cars were piling up behind me without saying anything). i got offered a pride lighter for the inconvenience, which is nice, but when i asked the person who was there the first time around if they had any pride stuff for sale and they told me they didn’t. i wanted to buy the cloud cover lighter, and they offered me another pride lighter to which i responded that i already got one and thanked them for that but that i’d like to buy the cloud cover lighter. the guy that was there when i pulled around again said my total was 78 after tax, and then after i went to my bank to withdraw money and came back, it was 80.i don’t know if it’s poor management or what, but i had never had this problem here before until today. you were the only place close that had mary’s medicinals, but i will make sure to just wait until we get ours back in stock or go elsewhere when they aren’t. thanks for the pride lighter, but that doesn’t make up for how the service was there.
Hard to recommend when the person answering the phone has no idea. Then to find out everything I looked at on the website is not actually in the store. Who is doing inventory. Why is there product on your website saying its available, only to be told by the budtender once I'm there it was sold out 2-3 days ago. I'm there for a specific thing at a specific price and end up having to pay more for something they actually have in stock. I have rewards through you guys but have no idea if the points accumulated through my in store purchase since nothing is on the receipt and nothing was mentioned at the register. It's a mediocre experience at best.

Amazing in the amount of amazing selection from great distributors. I recommend becoming a loyalty member (you get more goodies). Staff are always on point, Caleb is very knowledgeable if you happen to see him.
Honestly the only dispensary I’ll go to- the people are amazing to talk to, and very knowledgeable. Caleb has helped me on many occasions, and always has something to reccomend. As well as Eric, who has been very nice and personable every time I’ve came in. They all make you feel like part of their family.
I cannot recommend this place enough. Their customer service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Every time I come in They are super friendly and super helpful every time I come in including my budtender Josh, who helped me today.
I had the pleasure in shopping at this location last week and just 🤩. My budtender Michelle was extremely knowledgeable of what was in stock and would help my situation. More dispensaries should have workers like this location. The location is perfect for on the go people with their drive-thru. Not many places have this availability.
Taylor is my new favorite bud tender. I brought my elderly neighbor in and she was so good to him. She made sure he didn't spend more than he could afford and made sure he got his military discount. After all said and done he got a decent oz for less than 140 bucks.
