The store is fine, but your guys' website is absolute garbage. You 100% need to get rid of that horrible widget that lies and consistently recomends unpopular and inferior products for the sole reason that it has higher profit margins . You people really need to start being more honest in the industry. I understand wanting to push your own product, but have some self respect.

I made it to Key last night at pretty much closing time (I’ve been in customer service for years and as a AGM myself I know they were in the process of shutting down the night). I simply asked for a sativa and I wasn’t even sure about what my second quarter would be (to get the deals/discount). I did however as and took advice from Ryan S and so happy I did! He was correct with his advice and even let me add one more item. They had me bagged and out of the door at close, happily may I add. I can’t wait to go back and work with Ryan S and the rest of the Key team in the future. They are the best! 10 out of 10 with 100% TIPS!!

That Dillan guy below me seems like a disgruntled K@ren who didn’t read the fine print and couldn’t be more wrong. I also have the new “deal card” and it very clearly describes how it works and everyone I’ve interacted with at this location has been impressively knowledgeable considering the changes the company has been going through. Bloom was recently bought by Elevate, who continues to own and operate the store.I have shopped here for several years now and can confidently say that the employees are what keeps me coming back. There are plenty of great deals all the time and they’re always playing awesome music!

Emily (can't remember how to spell her name) was patient and thorough. She helped me find the best deal, explained the rewards program clearly and was super friendly. The other 2 budtenders were also very cool, explaining other programs and specials. Even the security guard was cool! I will be back!
