I received your deal via text saying $99 for popcorn flower and $125 for A and B buds. When I arrived the gentleman at the counter said there was no stock when they sent the deal and I was stuck buying something I didn't even want. Today I ordered online and I ordered an Oz for $125. When I arrived I was told my order is invalid and refused to sell me what there advising. This is false advertisement and we will see how long this last.

Usually I have a great experience with the employees but today I was treated as though I wasn't wanted or was putting this man with a knee brace out just for walking in the door . He was rude , short with me , extremely unwilling to be at all informative and just dripping with distain and condensation from the first moment I walked in . I hope to never have to deal with him again as I am a loyal customer. He seemed put out simply to have to do any sort of work . I left feeling disgusted by even having to deal with such a person .

Not a single potency measurement on a single cartridge on your website. I suppose you think that will fool some people into buying weak cartridges you’d like to get rid of for way more than they are worth. It doesn’t work for me. This is the only dispensary in the metro area I will no longer go to, and it used to be my favorite. Your “specials” are not at all sales. BOGO half off is not a “deal”, especially when you’ve marked the first cart up by 40%. At least a year I shopped here there was no loyalty program of any kind. Whatever money I spent, no incentives. Also, didn’t you all used to grow? Were you not vertically integrated or whatever? How come no one else in STL sells Heya anything?

With never being in any dispensary, I was looking for something for my mother. The assistant manager was so helpful and informative. I had nothing but the best of customer service and was very happy with the product. My mother who is always in pain was able to get some relief .Thank you so much for the customer service. It goes along way. Dr Dre😊

This place needs a lot of help!!! Only one or 2 people work at a time the best they have in there store is local cannabis everything else has been there for a really long time!!! And they do not get other kinds like other dispensaries!!! I don't know why!!! I hope they can turn it around!!! 🙏I just looked at there site same 7 kinds that's it sublime vertical and a few others that's it.... To add it's June 25 2024 they only have 6 different kinds of weed I look everyday and all trash but Pacific cooler is your best in your shop your 4.5 star's must be in House rateing.. I never go in because you only have sublime trash!!! Today is Tuesday and the same 6 kinds of the same what is wrong with this company????? (

I visited the dispensary from GA. And I didn’t like how the bud tender seemed annoyed with any questions about the thc percentage. He never greeted me or introduced himself. He just stared at me till I finally said okay are you ready? He didn’t say okay so have you been here before? This is what we have to offer. I liked price point and availability. But the customer service that I received was trash.

A good portion of the Staff is unprofessional , They Really Haven't Been Properly Trained On How To properly Communicate with The public. I spend about 2 thousand a month on good green and I will be taking my business back to greenlight. This place has had negative stars Everytime I come here. The staff I have dealt with is highly uneducated when it comes to THC and their products. They sell what they want you to have and if you don't know about something they will day whatever is needed to be said to get the sale done and you put the door. Every products that I have bought has been trash.... Or tasted horrible, been dry... And the customer service and behavior of the staff is unbelievable. They act like they are kings or gods as if they control they whole stratosphere. You're a counter worker, chill out KANYE WEST

If I could leave 0 stars i would. I drove 30 mins to the store arrived at 9:48 a bald guy opens the door as i approach it and tells me they don't except walk ins after 9:50. I said I'm just getting an edible I have one minute. He said "you have no minutes now dude, its not happening" and slammed the door on me. Terrible customer service very rude people. I came many times before never again after tonight.

Okay, so I went and tried to make a purchase recently, and during my transaction, their card system went down. Meanwhile, they took my payment and claimed they never received it. So they charged my card again, which it created a duplicate charge on my account. When I went to dispute it, my bank told me that they challenged it and denied my dispute. I've been calling them about this issue, but yet they've been ignoring me. They just robbed me for my money. Why would there be a duplicate charge on my account if they never got it???? I would advise using cash. If not, highly likely they might get you!!!!!

I had a completely different experience at Heya Dispensary recently that completely changed my perspective. I had the pleasure of meeting one of their employees, Megan, who was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She knew about the review I had posted and took the time to explain how they had addressed the issues I had mentioned. Megan genuinely encouraged me to give Heya Dispensary another chance, and although I was initially hesitant, I decided to do so.Instead of going straight back to Heya Dispensary, I decided to check out another dispensary across the street called Codes. However, I quickly realized that Codes was extremely expensive compared to Heya. So, I decided to give Heya another shot. One thing that stood out to me was their own product called Sublime, which offered something different from the usual options available in other dispensaries. It's refreshing to see a company that is willing to innovate and stand out.During my second visit, Megan was once again patient and attentive, ensuring that I found exactly what I was looking for. I also noticed that the other employees at Heya were committed to providing excellent customer service and treating everyone equally. It's clear that they understand the importance of making every customer feel valued.Overall, my experience at Heya Dispensary was a complete turnaround. They went above and beyond to address my concerns and make things right. I truly believe that with their dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend giving them a try if you ever have any issues, as they are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
