I'm no longer supporting this establishment, but my best wishes to all the staff who have been laid off since the buyout. RIP Farmer's Wife. The establishment has taken a real nose dive, honestly. Staff is doing everything they can, but when your owner won't replenish stock since you're closing shop and laying off your local workforce, what's the point? Do your research, keep your money local, and support the workers here, folks. There's nothing left to see.

Always helpful and patient. They have deli style flower so you can see and smell it before you buy which most places here don’t. I come frequently the staff has even helped me look for my pug when he pulled a runner. Editing my review to one star because corporate has decided to close this location in two weeks.

I have always had great service seems prices have gone up. I miss being able to purchase a gram of flower. Pre- roll prices are good but a gram of flower is better for me!

I took my mother-in-law in to High Profile yesterday. Toaster helped us out. Normally, when I go to a dispensary without my husband, I'm not treated as well. This wasn't the case yesterday. Toaster made sure to answer all of my questions, and he gave me his undivided attention. He made sure to give me his personal opinion as well as a professional opinion (what the effects should be with the specific strain). I've been overall most impressed with High Profile. They have great deals, a great rewards program, great product, and great customer service. I love that you can peek their flower before purchasing. I've always been greeted by friendly faces here, even at their busiest of times. I have a hard time w/dispensaries who are rude and act like they're too busy to help me with my questions. This just adds to my anxiety which defeats the purpose of going to a dispensary.Thanks Toaster, I'm glad I took your advice on the concentrate!

This is the best dispensary in town. The best people, the best products, the best deals. This is more of a medical experience as well, which is nice since rec ruined medical in many ways. This place isn’t set up and run like a candy shop, tired of that kind of experience. I have never had anything less than a great experience here. The people seem to really enjoy what they’re doing, and they go out of their way to help you find what you need (and within your budget). There has always been effort given to making sure I’m getting the best deal/pricing possible. They even occasionally have markdowns which is a plus, especially on edibles. I also appreciate the fact that there seems to be a higher level of understanding about cannabinoids other than D9-THC at this location, that’s a huge plus for me. This is a great dispensary, superior to other options. A big thanks to everyone at this location!

You need a birthday reward every other dispensary has one of some kind you should offer that and a 5 dollar reward if you offered those 2 rewards this would be a 5 star dispensary and I'd buy more from you but the rewards system is crazy and needs revamped if you look at any other dispensary they offer a 5 dollar reward at 100-150 points this is the only complaint I have everything else is awesome good prices on par with the market around us @ 125 oz and very plentiful selection

ALSO, THEIR PRE-ORDER IS SLIGHTLY ILLOGICAL- MEANING IF YOU PURPOSELY ORDER EARLY TO ENSURE ITS READY WHEN YOU GET THERE, (IF NOT IN THE ORDER WINDOW) YOU ARE DEFAULTED TO THE END OF THE LINE TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER; THAT IS READY ALREADY BECAUSE YOU INTENTIONALLY ORDER EARLY TO ENSURE IT WAS READY WHEN YOU ARRIVED.
