I had comment before that's when, I didn't really know about Revival 98, truthfully it's a wonderful place to be , it's like my second home. The staffs are great, always helping you out they really take their time to tell you what each iproduct is if you don't know so I'm just letting you know Revival 98 is the way to go

I am a frequent customer that has had it. They used to have such nice employees. A huge shame they were replaced by rude people. (Especially painted nails guy) Hippos is the new place to go! They are soooo nice and helpful!!

i, personally, LOVE this dispo! i go in for one budtender only & she KILLS it with her recommendation every single time + all of the staff make it so pleasant to be there, i always feel like im going to see my besties at work LOL!! Amazing recommendations & I once bought a disposable, ended up spitting and getting super hot & they replaced if for me, no complaints! 10/10 recommended (-:

I actually live really close to this location. I have been visiting them since they opened. As they have been open, the staff seems to be getting worse and more aggressive. They do have a great community program with business and such allowing folks to leave business stuff - I always left gun show free passes. I am unsure if they ever put out because they were always gone the next day.I was reading the google reviews and I am kind of shocked how they are responding. Like their answer is the final answer- when they are not addressing the issue only putting it back on the customer.I am an older mom and has a baby during the pandemic. I always go far away for drive thru at other stores but I was in a pinch and called them to see if I could bring my toddler in. I only asked because I am basically a single mom and EVERY dispensary I visit is Springfield are extremely accommodating- like they are super kind and really try to get product to me with my medicinal card and getting me medicine.However- when I called here- they were very very rude.No explanation nothing just a flat no- when I asked in my southern kind tone if u could just speak to a supervisor so I might understand why my closest dispensary were choosing this route- I just wanted to understand/ I was met with “why- he’s just going to say the same thing”I hung upMy point is- based on their staff turnover and their reviews along with their high prices-Hopefully they will turnover mgmt or close and allow a kind understanding business to go on its place-This is the truth regardless how they respond to my review…

Shopped here 30+ times, Always have an awesome experience with the employees and customers. Very nice store always clean, perfect atmosphere if you’re quiet or if you’re a talker. I always feel welcome and it doesn’t feel fake, employees are happy to help and I never feel rushed or like I’m a bother. Thank you guys for always being kind! Prices are very reasonable as well, and they have great deals and specials too.
