Terrible service. Don't shop here, wasted 30 minutes trying to pick up a pre-order at the drive-thru I was the only person there and they still couldn't manage to get someone to take my money in all that time. Stop by High Profile always plenty of staff there & prompt service.
People there are supper friendly and helpful. One of the better dispensaries here is springfield mo. Only thing is this goes for everywhere here is prices are still too high!! 30+ for a eigth of weed is a crime. LolBut get those discounts and loyalty card helps 'some' with the price. Still cheaper just to get it from a homie. ❤️ Oh and one thing about wax I've noticed it they will sell crumble sugar whatever and it isn't what it says it is I got a 2g bucket of 'sugar' and this is what I got...
Camron and Jackson have helped me when I go in there and I would like to say they are AMAZING. They're always able to answer my questions and are very kind to someone who doesn't know much! If I knew the names of everyone in there that have helped me I would be wiring their names in here, unfortunately, I forget to check sometimes. I will most definitely be coming back here! I will write more reviews for all the amazing employees who continue to help me in the future! 🙂
Friendly, knowledgeable staff, decent selections, variety to choose from. Randy, is always polite and kind! They also have a rewards program! They have different strains cannabis, edibles, cartridges.Our favorite place to shop in Springfield Missouri, and we've been to many here in town.
Update 8/18 Things change. Ownership changed and so did the deals and prices. I now go elsewhere.Old review, The products are excellent and the employees are awesome!! Prices are some of The Best in town! I don't even go anywhere else anymore. Order Online and hit the drive thru. Always a great and pleasing experience!!

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the salesperson that waited on us today. He was very informative about the products and was able to recommend different products just by having a conversation with him about what we were looking for. It was a great experience.
The staff here is INCREDIBLY helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and by far my favorite in this area. Randy, at the front window, is super sweet. He might look intimidating, but he always greets me with a smile even when I'm not the most pleasant person to be around that day, and that almost always brightens my day. Landon, in the back, is super friendly and (sorry Randy) the sweetest ever. I remember one day when I had issues with my phone and Cash App and everything, he really helped me out and it totally surprised me. I've never had that kind of service anywhere ever in my entire life. Plus he's super cute-another plus. The new guy that just moved from Colorado was also helpful. Their products, both in-store and their own brand, ALL rock. Their advice is genuine and they're really about the people first. That's why they are my favorite in the entire area out of the dispensaries I've been to, which is quite a lot. Great people, great product, great prices!! 10/10
Apparently the staff here believe they are agents of the state for some sort of enforcement. I need to casually remind you that myself and God own my body and my soul and not some tyrannical government - that you appear to be acting as an extension of.Once a product is purchased what happens with it is not your concern nor is there anything you can do about it. You can make mention, but that's about it. You do not control other human's choices regardless of if you prefer to be an agent of the state.I suppose you also need a reminder that the prices and quality we receive from friends and caregivers are superior to anything this shop will be able to offer in the next five years, you will never be able to match the prices I receive from people who care, nor will you likely be able to match the quality because the production is out of your control.You are a middle man and you need to remember your place and stay there. Every single one of us out here has access to the products we need in other ways that are completely legal. We choose for the gimmicks - to patronize your establishment. Clearly that will no longer be the case, but you deserve an explanation why.Furthermore the goofball in the front office doesn't understand "what goes on under the hood" of the ID scanning system, and gives out false information merely to keep people comfortable with it. If you told them where that data goes and who specifically has access to it (ALL Law Enforcement or govt agencies) they wouldn't want their ID scanned into a database that can basically pinpoint each place a person went in a day - to then either be hacked and exposed or just outright sold - either by the state or by your agency - you sure don't provide us with any form of confidentiality agreement or an agreement not to sell so the option is there.Next time don't argue with a customer. If it's a big enough deal when they leave - deactivate them in the system. Take the professional route, don't cause a confrontation in the store and take up an argument to the end of the hill. If they won't listen - let them leave and simply take care of matters that way. I bet you'd be surprised to learn they never come back period because you guys are so in bed with the state you want to almost act as an extension of them. That's insane. We are free Americans. You do not tell us what to do. You may ask and we will consider it. Anything further is tyranny on your part.Do you deserve this community's money having taken up for the state and not the people to the point you will cause an uncomfortable situation? This location totally sucks. Came in for the first time today to check it out. The big guy with the beard behind the counter was extremely rude. He said "sit down, they'll get to you when they can". Interesting as there was one other car in the parking lot besides mine. I sat and waited for several minutes. One shopper did come out. He never even looked up from his phone to address me and let me go in. I waited for several more minutes and then left. I'm not going to beg for you to take my money. If you're going to go to an elevate store go to the one in nixa.

Ordered online 4/29 after calling the store to confirm the strength of a product I wanted to order. After receiving this product through the drive through I see it is half the strength of what was labeled on their website. After immediately contacting the store I was told by the manager that they KNEW that their website was wrong and shows the wrong strengths from time to time but would not refund my product and only offered $5 off my next visit after I just spent $70 on a product I would have never ordered if it had been labeled correctly. Used to like the store but can not go back knowing that they are aware of the false advertising and seem to not care.
