Matthew helped me find the products I needed for my wife and explained their attributes. He was extremely helpful and polite. Very cordial and carried a good conversation which is unlike most workers in today's society. The store was extremely clean and tidy. I felt safe and welcomed.

From the lovely blonde young lady at check-in , to instant greeting and offering assistance from entry by a radiant woman with gorgeous purple hair, to cashing out with a glorious and bubbly new gal that cashed me out, the best service I have had yet at this location. I ordered 4 mega edibles, 2 joints, 2 eighths. The tablets/kiosks are a HUGE deterrent for me as I few cannabis as medicine so I like to know the product and speak to a person who knows the product. It helps me decide what will be best for what I am needing or focusing on ie: headaches for me make me feel heavy so I will need something light and lifting but I’m not in the mood for gassy flavor but more earthy, do you have that? Yes, you can do it on a tablet but we come for service. Today, felt far closer towards that feeling of human interaction. Much appreciated. Then I got home, opened the bag and pulled out one jar, I see the bags of edibles and two joints…. But where is the jar. I called and advised I was missing the jar. Spoke with the manager who was so understanding advised she would research and call me back. I start pulling out the edibles, 1 bag looks different so I assumed it was the chocolate, the rest were the gummies and I look at my receipt again and lining things up because it just didn’t make any sense. They are careful! I look over it again and realized….. the “other jar” is actually a bag!!!! I assumed gummies! So stupid! I called back right away and told them I figured it out and what I did. They probably thought I was pulling a quick one but I just made a dumb assumption due to the long drive to go there after a long shift lol they were so understanding and kind about it. Thank youALSO, they asked if I wanted to use my loyalty rewards…… I didn’t even realize I was getting any!!!!!!!!! I said no because I, again assumed, that they wouldn’t be much as I’ve only shopped there a hand full of times…. Nope! She let me know and I had a helpful amount!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

Very first time going there. That being said, I did not know I had to order online Had my granddaughter in my car so I did not wanna go in with my grandbaby. So I explained that to her. She was more than happy to help me and let me know that next time I could just call it in with no problem. Most definitely will be going back there. And the products are great .
