Just got a quarter of sprintzer for 58$. Was very disappointed when I opened the bag. It was popcorn nug and it wasn't labeled as popcorn. Not only was the buds very very small it was very stemy and leafy. Wasted money medicine was un proper and didn't match labeling I come here often. Would want a refund but once u leave u can't do that so your basically out of luck.

Kota is the one of the best budtenders I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is very knowledgeable about cannabis and I highly recommend going to see him for all of your cannabis needs! I would give more than 5 stars for him if I could, Trinity needs to hire more people exactly like him.

Update: I was contacted by Lindsey and she was very professional in addressing this issue and everything was good afterwards. I appreciate the contact and resolution!I placed a pre-order and when I was looking too possibly add on another product. The woman who was helping me seemed irritated by it. She seemed in a hurry although there was only 1 other customer and they were already being helped by another employee. After a halfway answer I decided to just make my pre-order purchase and go about my day.

Everyone is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Unlike some businesses they do not just try to push the most expensive products and they actually pay attention to what you are in need of. Realizing that not everyone who comes in as a recreational user is actually a recreational user some of us are truly medicinal users just not card holders. I would highly recommend trinity in rolla to any first time dispensary customer or someone who is not familiar with different strain and the effects.
