I had an amazing experience thanks to Ricky. From the moment I walked in, he was very nice, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I got some good stuff. He took the time to ask the right questions, explained the differences between products clearly, and made recommendations that were spot on. I never felt rushed or upsold like at other dispensaries just guided. Ricky made the whole process smooth and comfortable, and I left with more that I anticipated. This man gave me the BEST customer service I’ve ever had at any dispensary, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cool to talk to.He broke everything down for me, recommended exactly what I needed, and made sure I left confident in what I was getting. It felt like VIP treatment without even asking for it.It’s rare these days to find someone who actually cares about the customer experience, but Key Cannabis definitely has one. I love how Key Cannabis has the shortest wait times of any dispensary. I love that! I can go in and out and still get excellent customer service and support. They happily answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. Thats why Ive been a repeat customer. Product is top notch as well and tons of specials! Most kind and patient staff! Friendly and working to accommodate the community with great bud tenders like Sam, and Corey with the assistEdit: only suggestion would be reviewing the entrance room, and procedures with customer check in and store entrance….As is, the first line of defense is the greeting rep. The rep looks exhausted (checking in, greeting, AND walking away from desk to open door) behind a desk without any sense of privacy while focusing on the regulatory process (not paid to check in clients, keep flow going, walk away from computer to unlock door, check identification, and entertain service animals). She didn’t say a word, nor gave off a bad attitude. I simply put myself in her position, with a dog of the same weight, crossing my personal boundaries while tasked with managing the dispensary’s front line security and traffic, opening doors, alone.
Review edit. Regular customer here. Score is remaining the same for now, but not bc of a prior negative experience with a team that likely isn’t even involved any longer. This dispensary has changed ownership multiple times. Originally, they had a great showroom, friendly tenders, but a bunch of blank digital screens. Then, a new partner came in and product started flowing. Team was friendly and helpful (what’s up, Nate!). Daily specials were offered regularly and wknd/holiday specials were of a wide variety and avail in addition. Now, another owner and partnership is involved (industry consolidation inevitable), but we are back to square one. Lack of inventory and very little in way of variety outside of flower.
Came in for my first time and Samantha was my Budtender!! She was very attentive to my needs and recommended some really great products! I will definitely be shopping here again!
What a great dispensary! I had a great customer service experience with Darcy. She was very helpful in selecting products to help with my sleep. The shop was clean and modern. Lots of choices in accessories. The prices are very competitive. You should see Darcy soon!

My experience with Nate was amazing. Asked him if he I got any WYNK drinks in, and he did not and is going to order some for me, which I really appreciate. Every where I go is out of WYNK. They are always kind and courteous. Soon as you walk in the door, they make you feel welcome.

As someone who requires a bit of extra patience and often finds myself undecided, I truly appreciate the level of care they provided.One aspect that stood out to me was their deli-style sales approach. The variety of products available was impressive, and everything felt fresh. Came in with a buddy cause google says this is as busy as it gets and they're right cause it's empty.. the only time it gets real busy here is when the entire store is discounted because the prices are so high. Everyone else has better deals or prices and nicer managers. The staff here is usually in a good mood but dang they have this new female supervisor and she's a straight B! To some of the staff even if a customer is standing right there, bullying and such and when I asked the woman if she was always like this, she told me she usually hides and talks all day so that's cool...go anywhere else and get a better experience, hope the staff jumps ship soon too
Nice clean store, been there multiple times.This last time I was helped by Nate who was super helpful, but honestly, every time I've been there the person behind the counter is always helpful. I don't really know the first thing about this stuff, but everyone working there has been super chill about talking me through all the options. Like to the point that I feel bad about people waiting in line behind me, but even then the staff have mad patience - which I really appreciate.They have a separate line for people with medical prescriptions, so they get seen faster than people like me.They also have special deals/discounts occasionally which helps me try out some stuff I wouldn't otherwise.Highly recommend this shop.
Well I've been here several times, usually good experiences. Tonight I waited in the breezeway for a few minutes and no one was there to check ID.. I then had a rather awkward conversation in which the the officer actually seemed offended that I was inside waiting for them to let me in... nothing about my tone or body language said that I was upset about the wait but they clearly were not ok for whatever reason. Upset about the quarter inch of snow on the ground I guess, idk. Good thing this purchase was at a discount bc the bag was indeed short and I didn't really get what I paid for. I will most likely begin exploring other dispensaries after tonight, the energy was just wack in there.
