I visited Greenlight around noon and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with Kynsey at the pick-up window. I had placed my order at the kiosk (which I prefer since it’s less overwhelming), and when my name was called, I walked up to the counter. From the start, she didn’t acknowledge me… no greeting, no eye contact. I said hello, but she said nothing back.She slid the drawer open for my ID and payment without a word, never even told me the total. I just put in the cash and my ID, but I don’t think I even received the correct change back. What she did give me, she literally threw into the bag along with my receipts, cannabis jar, and ID before shoving the drawer back out to me.The entire interaction felt rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Basic courtesy and accuracy should be expected anywhere, especially when handling customer payments. If this is the standard of service at Greenlight, I won’t be returning.

Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been deeply disappointing. Despite my medical condition — including a spinal tumor — I encountered repeated problems with service, no one offering to help, and unprofessional attitudes. I was spoken to harshly about using my phone without any prior notice of such a policy, and had to make multiple trips to the ATM due to ongoing machine issues, all while receiving unfriendly looks and treatment. The difference in care and professionalism between the medical and recreational sides is stark, and it is disheartening to see the medical side treated with such disregard.

I've been going to this place a while now. The environment is clean. The employees are nice. Would be better if they tried more of their own products. Would help when asked questions about stains, flavors, and effects. There are a couple that relay know what's going on. Real connoisseurs if you know what I mean. Some just need a job. Still friendly none the less. If you like nice clean flavors. I would suggest live resin and live rosin products. Teal and Rove are good brands. Try Strawberry Bubble live resin cart. You'll thank me later! Delicious! Enjoy the ride, and stay safe.

I am a disabled veteran and the convenience of this location is awesome. I visit at least every two weeks and have great experiences with every bud-tender but Sheldon is my go to. He is knowledgeable and extremely cool and it is helpful he is brother in arms. I have visited other dispensaries nearer to me and I still drive 1 and 1/2 hrs. None other compare!!!
