4.5/5! The people at Verts are what make all the difference, they're great. Almost all of them know me, if not by name than at least by sight. I bought a product that was correct packaging, wrong product. I called just to let them know, I was fine with the mistake it wasn't a big deal but they gave me store credit for the full price of the product! The discounts on your birthday and rewards points are great, too. The place is always clean, they've always got cute displays and cool "last chance" lists and good music playing. The only thing I dislike is how their debit/credit card company rounds your purchase up to the nearest $5, then charges $5 and gives you cash back. If I just got paid, that's fine because I'm buying a large amount of product so the fee is relatively small in comparison. If I'm just buying a $35 bag, it's a different story. I totally understand they don't really have any control over it because it's how they have to run the transactions in order to accept cards, and it's nice to have the option to use them if you want.

The absolute longest wait times I have ever seen for a store that has more employees than customers. Place an order at 11, they say it’s ready within 10 mins, go at 4 get a single gram and it took 25 mins! Wish there was another option around, I just ended up driving to eureka half the time because anywhere else is just a few minutes. My total was $14.65 and I gave the a $20 and they gave me a $5 for change. While in the drive through line I tried to call and ask some to come help and she said they already were. Lies, stealing, and SLOW service. So disappointed

Hmmm. Verts 🌻 The feeling I get walking into a warm and inviting atmosphere is hard to explain in words. But if you could close your eyes and imagine a warm feeling in your stomach and relaxed feeling in your chest. An inviting scent to your nose. A scent that brings you memories of the younger days, when things were different, when everything seemed okay. That is Verts to me in this chapter of the Book of My Life. So thank you for that.I was helped by Carlie. She was very friendly, and knowledgeable of the product. She provided quick, friendly, informative service. Knew product , pricing, promotions, and discounts. She had perfect matching on what I was looking for and what item was best for me! I have been there a few times now, and they make me feel very welcome and the wait is minimal if any at all.

Rounds up the total as they see fit and will not accept coins. Changing the price and now taking legal currency. Great way to get me to go somewhere else. Hippos in Chesterfield is a much better place. Would rate zero stars if I could. Was told by the manager that their bank won’t accept coins. What bank doesn’t accept coins?

If I could leave no stars I would, I’ve been coming to this dispensary for awhile now and tonight changed my mind about them. I spent $80 dollars on this disposable pin, I got home and tried it and it is completely burnt. I called the store and she told me to bring it in and they will check it out. I drove 10 minutes back to the store ( and another 10 back home) just for them to tell me that it’s supposed to taste that way! The lady was very ignorant from the start like she thought I was trying to rip them off. They said the only thing they can do for me is give me 20% off my next Pin!!! I spend $100 every week there and every two weeks I spend $200. I’m very disappointed on how I was treated tonight and will not be returning back. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT BECAUSE IF THEY DID THEY WOULD FIX MY PROBLEM

Yes you all know me from the front desk but before that I was a patient and still am to this day, I love the team at Verts I always know I'm going to get a great greeting when I walk in the door. All the budtenders are fantastic back of house is just as amazing without them we couldn't walk out the door with your little bag of goodies. Love love love the whole place!
