Extremely friendly and welcoming! I was nervous my first time, but they helped me through the entire process and the products are really helping with my sleep and pain. Bud tenders are a slight bit pushy but seem to know the limit when you tell them "hey I don't need 6 of these, I picked one" other than that slight issue things went very smoothly and I'll continue coming back

The staff are polite and from what I have found they are less costly than most other dispensaries in the state.The reason I am writing this review is because I have been thoroughly impressed by the house exclusive plume cartridges. They are smooth. Like insanely smooth. I have often found cartridges to be incredibly painful to use. But if you use the plume cartridges properly, they barely hurt if at all.

Got a ounce of buoyant bud got 4 strains I didn’t like from the drive through not to mention I opened one then another thinking the quality may differ well it was the same I didn’t open the other 2 never left the parking lot sparked one up called em immediately and said I would like to return they said once the product has left the building they can’t take it back sounds like a way to get your shit product off the shelf I’ve spent over 10k over the years here from since when they first opened i will never go back all the bud tenders are great but not letting someone return a untampered with product is crazy so I will not smoke these last two garlic breathe by buoyant bob shit is trash reason it’s 30 a 8th horrible customer service

Usually a good Dispensary. But they need lower prices. Also when someone shoes up for an online order with no other customers. They go first not 4 random customers off the street. My order sat for over 20 minutes while I waited. The receptionist acted like it wasn't part of her problem. Very rude to me the customer.[Probably won't be going again anytime soon]

Everything I go to latitude it's a pleasant experience. I went to cannafeat over the weekend they had a vendor there giving samples of non medicated Plume products key lime was one flavor the other was cherry something. They both had good flavor, and helped me actually rest part of the night. I will definitely be going to get some medicated plume gummies.
