Went here last week for the first time ever being to a dispensary. Very underwhelmed. Didn’t realize I’d being in a tiny room looking at a iPad/tablet. Decided to leave and go to Route 66 dispo in Wentzville. Very very different experience with display cases, menus you can see in front of you as well as more of a personal experience. And then you actually get to see them pack your order!
Good prices but terrible service and hours need change to 8:55pm in drive thru that's when they cut there shift n walk out the door ring service button all u want no one gonna help u lol
Their drive-through setup is disorganized and frustrating. Items are loosely placed in a plastic bin, so be sure to manage your loose cash, change, IDs, and products efficiently upon return.While passing through the area, I placed an online order for the drive-through. During the transaction, I went to grab my loose pile of items and mistakenly missed grabbing my ID. After getting home, over an hour away, I realized I left my ID.I called the dispensary to confirm. The staff mentioned that this is a common issue and customers "drive away excited for their cannabis and forget their IDs", so the dispensary keeps a basket of forgotten customer IDs, which comically underscores the regularity and lack of staff concern. After they spent several minutes searching through their ID basket, they confirmed my ID was there. I returned to the dispensary a few days later to get my ID back, they then again spent several minutes searching through their ID basket and eventually I got it back.I accept responsibility for not double-checking that I had received all of my items during the transaction. The primary responsibility lies with the staff, who should be ensuring that IDs are returned properly without blaming customers for their own oversight.Wild idea - put customer belongings in the bag prior to return, like every other dispensary in the area.
The last couple times I've been there I order online before I get there ( so annoying ) but online it will come out whatever amount. But you have to pay attention because I haven't been getting the same price as online. If it was a dollar or 2 it's not a big deal. But unfortunately for me it's more than a couple dollars. But I wasn't paying attention to receipts unfortunately till I was at home. Just trying to get out of there before the cops jump out and arrest me.. it's the only place where it still feels illegal. Not good vibes and there employees aren't the most pleasant people to ask anything. Not very knowledgeable look like they work at gas stations selling cbd gummies. Product and prices are ok but the maze and hassle you go through is annoying. Hopefully they grow more as a staff and come up with a different system to be more Customer friendly
GO TO NATUREMED! they are super nice and they don’t mind actually working up until scheduled to close! And, They have a much better rewards program.I placed an online order to pick up and by the time I got there, They had already restocked what I ordered And said if I didn’t pick it up within four hours of “scheduled” pickup time, it goes back to the shelf. I Scheduled my pick up for 530 and was in their drive-through at 8:30. Any other time I’ve come after the scheduled time, It’s there. So I was instructed to come inside to place my order again. The guy literally walked over by the drive-through What I ordered, Already bagged up and everything. How about that. Then, after knowing what my total was because I placed the order literally two minutes before I got my product, the guy at the register, decided he was going to round it up to the nearest dollar, so he didn’t have to count his drawer down again. These people get angry if you come to their store within 30 minutes of closing time. I think maybe they should change their hours to 830 if they don’t feel like working past then. Honestly, I’ve had one good experience there and I’ve been there multiple times. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but it seems like most of them have an attitude. I’m definitely not coming back after I was basically forced to tip because the dude that helped me was lazy. My product was literally in the drive-through and did not need to be denied and told to come in to place another order. I’m done with this place.
My friends and I went to the O'Fallon location and it was very disappointing. But what's even more upsetting is that when my friend Jasmine posted about her experience that she had they deleted her review. But since I was there I will post about it in hopes it doesn't get deleted. It was when their employee named Lisa used a racial slur in front of us. It was upsetting to see an employee conduct themselves this way in front of customers. If we hadn't been in shock I would have asked for a manager right then and there, but honestly I couldn't get out of there fast enough. But it has continued to bother me so that's why I chose to write this review. I hope this is taken as a serious matter. As the remark made by Lisa was greatly offensive and unprofessional and should not be pushed under the rug and ignored.
Very helpful when you don't know what your looking for. Price good. Product good, does what they said it would do.
everything was great! i want to leave fire stars but they DO need to let people know that they don’t do any industry discount, though. Otherwise, besides the guy opening the door almost breaking my thumb and the no-industry discount, everyone was really nice and i got my product that i ordered!
Today my visit was at the drive thru. I had been here 2 times previously inside. This review rating is purely based on today's visit. I gave 3 stars, because when I placed my order online and got to the store in the time specified they couldn't find my order. After showing them the order I placed on my phone, they expedited it quickly. There was some miscommunication on the price, but only because we were talking thru the glass and mechanical drawer with a terrible comm system. If they get the coms system fixed, the rating will go up. Still friendly staff, and quick, as it was the prior 2 visits inside, but a miss on the drive thru and online ordering. Also, the flower I purchased was overly dry, didn't seem very fresh. I don't know if that has to do with the shipping, or the packaging, but it was pretty stale.
