Truly the best experience I’ve ever had at any dispensary across the country. The day my car is in the shop and I’m unable to pick anything up, I’m also having to deal with panic attacks. The staff at NatureMed treated me like family, they delivered me what I needed within MINUTES and they even thought to call me to talk me through it (and included treats for my dogs!!). They saved the day for me, even as a brand new customer. The experience was so easy and friendly and I couldn’t rave enough about how fantastic NatureMed is!!!

I love this store! Everyone is always friendly but Cassidy goes above and beyond! She’s knowledgeable, efficient, and happy to help which makes a great combination. They even give me a veterans discount. I highly recommend this store and my only regret is that I can’t give them six stars!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Been almost 3 weeks of getting the run around, lied to, and getting hung up on after I was sold an almost empty 7 gram bag of flower. Obviously no one there cares about their customers!!!! How long do I have to wait for nature med to fix their screw up????
