My husband doesn’t speak very good English, so I tend to look at the site and send him in with pictures.. he’s had to choose different stuff a couple of times due to what he wants being sold out.. and every time he gets amazing products.. thanks for taking the time and making sure he’s happy with his choices! Y'all are absolutely amazing!!

Good flower, service depends on the tender at the time. Some are definitely more helpful than others. Our first time the experience was not good. 2nd was better. Order online, no menu inside, and they do not inform of deals to new clients. Almost didn't go back, but products are good so far, so giving them a couple more tries.

I’ve never felt so welcomed in an establishment! Myles and Alex are AWESOME!! Their vibe is off the charts!! 10/10 recommend these people and this place!Alex is funny and knows what he’s talking about. He helped me find something for my father and his pain.Myles was also very funny and genuine in his interactions. He knows magic!!! 🫨Them as a pair is AWESOME but individually they’re pretty amazing people ❤️❤️❤️

Extremely outstanding service. I can’t complain especially being out of town. From Florida. I have multiple sclerosis and ran out of my medication. My wonderful husband drove out of the way for me to be able to get what I needed. I was so excited and in peace to know we found a dispensary. Like I said what an amazing services and amazing experience. Until we walked out of the establishment and then the so call owner approached my husband and I in a white ford F150 with an open container of beer, being extremely rude and disrespectful. Wow. My husband drives an over size vehicle so we park in the back. We didn’t take no longer then, 10 mins so we thought it was okay. No harm was being done. I continuously explained to the owner that we are customers. And we are just leaving. He replied you are parked in my property, and I continue to complain we just finish leaving your establishment and made a purchase. Like seriously! He then said you have two choices I call the cops or you provide me with your license!!!!! My mind was blown 🤯where would he had like us to park in his property to be able to make the purchase as customers. I am in disbelief how any owner can treat any customer whom just finish spending money at their establishment like this. Especially being out of town. Wow my first time ever around this area can’t believe this is how established business owners conduct themselves. Best of luck to this owner. This is the only reason why I give one star ⭐️ wow! 🤯

Bud is good, what you'd expect from a dispensary. But maybe you guys should have a line for people who already know what they want or something to move things along a little. Half the time I'm in, it'll be almost standing room only and bud tenders are often not in much of a hurry. The wait to get anything here is often a deterrent from coming at all honestly. Pickup is great when it's working, but half the time your website isn't allowing pickup orders.

I have been to the Jane store once before and the Neosho store a couple of times and have always had great service with helpful staff. Not today. Kat was not very helpful or pleasant. I got one word answers and seemed strained to provide recommendations. Not a fun experience.

Myles is incredible. He got us in and out while still being so kind and personable. Myles is also very knowledgeable about the products we purchased which is greatly appreciated! The atmosphere here is very upbeat and every budtender I’ve met at this location so far has been great.

First time in the shop and it was a great experience. My budtender was super helpful in filling me in on some info about birthday discounts and rewards points. I got some awesome pre-rolls (really loving the FUBAR Diamond Infused Grandpa Larry OG). Needless to say this will be my local dispensary. Thanks for all the hard work Flora Farms!

Love Flora Farms! They are always so friendly. I like that they have a variety of price points from inexpensive to premium. They also have a very nice selection no matter what you're looking for. They have a frequent buyer system, so if you sign up, you get discounts! I often order online and pick up in the drive through, which is super convenient and my dog loves, since they give him some treats every time! So glad you guys moved to this location! It's much closer for me than other options. Would definitely recommend!
