Frist of all 0 stars i just had to out something or it wouldnt let me post it. Take your money elsewhere. The last two times I have been in this store were the worst and after this last time, will never go back. The frist time of the times I'm talking about, I went in to buy some flower and a Cartridge. Went to get cash from the atm came back and everything was bagged up which is fine cause I just figured everything was in the bag. Got out to the truck opened bag to check and my cartridge was not in the bag, went back in to tell them I didn't have it. They fought me on it and said I took it out of the bag and what not. They finally gave the cartridge to me after about 30 minutes back and forth. Today I thought I would give it another shot you know everywhere makes a mistake every now and again. So today I go in for the same kinda of order. I'm happy to say I got everything but went to put the cartridge on my pen and use it and what you know it didn't work. So I went back in to talk to them to see what the Policy was under disfunction cartridge. But come to find out they don't do anything like that. So going back and forth with the lady she put the cartridge on her pen and it worked after you preheat it. Which is bs I don't want someone else mouth on my mouth piece. But after all that they told me it was my pen which it is not cause I works fine with the cartridge I had bought from them last week. So just being done with everything just went and bought a new pen because it is pointless to have a Cartridge I can't smoke. But here the best thing after I bought the new pen the cartridge still doesn't work. So just being done with everything I just left. So don't waste your time on this place there are far better places to go even if you might have to travel a little farther don't waster your time or money. Lost a customer and will never return.

Worst experience I've ever had in a dispensary. I drove an hour and a 1/2 to get here and Ryan Dodson. The supposed manager who understands absolutely nothing about service dog laws refused me because I had a service dog.And refuse to furnish my Doctor paperwork for him, which he's not legally allowed to ask for happy lawsuit, Ryan Dodson.

Last 3 times i been in there i had the worst sevice.sick of rude employees i am the customer i had to snatch my weed from the girl behind the counter..hey i can take a hint ..i wont be back..i will go to summerville i hear they know how to treat people..be rude be broke and enjoy

I would give this place 0 stars if I could problem with it. Is online ordering? There's no reason for them to even have that option online. You still have to come in. You have to sit with people in the waiting room. For UP to 30 minutes, then when you get call back your orders not there. They say there's no online order for you, yet. You have the email and the text message. So you walk out empty handed? So I will never return to the store

So, after the last experience, I decided to give these guys another shot....My last trip here since it's been under new ownership was less than ideal. With only two people ahead of my, and thier system not allowing me to order online, I waited 37 minutes in the lobby, and that was at least a good ten minutes BEFORE I started timing it. So my transaction took 6 minutes for almost a total of a hour wait....With TWO people ahead of me...So today, I placed an online order, and when I arrived I was told the card machine wasn't working and I had to come inside...So again here I sit, two people ahead of me and it's been 15 minutes...This has never happened to me at any other dispensary I've visited....Waiting that long is absolutely ridiculous, and if I'm paying 4 more dollars to use my card...Why isn't the machine working...? I tried I honestly did. Thinking last trip was maybe just a fluke...It wasn't. So take this for what you will, the staff when you finally get back there are friendly and helpful. I just don't understand why the wait time is so absolutely insane...

All I can say is WOW! This place is so much more professional now that High Profile has taken over. I hadn't been in since the medical days because the previous manager was so rude and unprofessional to my friend but I'm glad I gave them another chance now that he's gone.

I love this dispensary! The staff go above and beyond for their customers. They do discounts for med card holders, seniors, the 'Wise', and more! If you like bud, or anything THC related, this is the place to be and to get it from. If you're buying anything that's not pre-packaged, they're letting you see the scale as they weigh it out for you. I know many places that don't give af to let you see. I can't say enough good about the staff they have. They're knowledgeable about the bud, concentrates, edibles, carts, and everything else they carry. They almost always have some sort of discounted flower for those who are on a budget, new to smoking, those who don't want to spend $50-$100 for an 1/8th, those who want to try new flower or whatever. Even the security guards are knowledgeable and nice if you're not in there messing around. This place doesn't have a line out the door and around the building, and an hour and a half wait to get in. They've got so much to choose from, and not only that, but they have several locations. You can also order it online! Who doesn't want flower shipped directly to their door/mailbox?!? I can't recommend this place enough. The only place I'll continue to go to and they're a 40-minute drive for me and not the closest dispensary, but the staff and the product are what keeps me coming back here.

It was pleasant as farmers wife. High profile sucks. Points don’t transfer, cause they new, but I don’t get new customer discount? Then no 60+ 10% discount, even when asked.I asked for my cards back and left. Will not go back. Don’t waste your time like I did.
