My wife first went to Kind Goods after leaving the hospital with crutches, a boot, and a ruptured tendon in her ankle. We were taken care of on our first few trips to the Manchester location by Lizzy. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Her recommendations were perfect to help with my wife's pain. Today, we were taken care of by Naomi. She was also very knowledgeable and took time to learn what my wife was dealing with before making any suggestions. As always, it was a great experience!

Highly recommend, updated, I wanted up date this after having the products for a bit and I can say $85 for an house had me skeptical but it was for no reason bc the product was amazing and a good quality. I also wanted to mention something wasn’t put it my bag and when I came back the manager was waiting at the door unprompted for me and apologized profusely. Top tear customer service!! They are so nice here, the staff is amazing and knowledgeable as well as being very understanding and nice people. Whenever I have had a problem with my order or theres something wrong with a cart or a disposable or something theyre very very helpful and just really noce people all round.Also a very very large selection of goods, their daily deals running through the week is also a very big plus I really enjoy coming on different days depending on what I’m looking for, although its on Manchester in West County in my opinion, this is the single best dispensary in St. Louis compared to others when it comes to pricing, staff and selection of products.

Not only was the atmosphere at this location simply magical - calm, relaxing, well laid out, and visually pleasant, but the staff were amazing! On my first visit, Jake and Jordan took excellent care of me 🙂 They were very knowledgeable, but so very patient, kind, and truly interested in guiding me to the right products to fit my needs.I have been back several times and worked with other staff members (sorry guys, I don't remember your names!), each visit has been just as fun and delightful as the first...enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and patient staff surrounded by a wide variety of products in a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
