Jill is awesome! Usually, I come in on Thursdays, but since it was Thanksgiving this week, I came in Saturday. Jill is usually checking IDs, but today she was my budtender and she was patient with me asking about the rewards program...twice. Weed Brain. 😂 Jill is always friendly and welcoming. This is a great local dispensary even though it's a chain... great weed, great service!

Bud tender was great, person checking people into the building was great too, pre roll was old or poorly grown, RS-11 infused pre roll by the company named “The Standard”, I also got an infused shot drink, which was actually really good, made up for the pre roll.

Very disappointed. I've never been treated rudely here before. I have been coming here almost since they opened for my father with Parkinsons. But, yesterday, I placed an order online. I walked in and told the receptionist I had an online order. He interrupted me and very curtly told me "It doesn't matter in the least. We are really busy." I told him I'd just come back later. Before I got in my car, I received a message, letting me know my order was canceled. I realize they were busy, but that's no excuse for treating customers in a disrespectful manner. I'm really disappointed in Green Releaf.Responding to the response post by Green Releaf: I did call before I left this review but never got anyone to answer. I know you were busy. I left a message with my phone number but have never received a call. I had never experienced this kind of treatment at Green Releaf before but, the ball is in your court now. If you really would like to discuss what happened further, you have my number and I'm happy to talk to you about it.

It does kinda suck that I feel like I have a different associate every time (thinking about work turn over or if they’re just that staffed and how infrequently I shop there), because I would like to have a familiar face.
