The lake lotawana dispensery is the best around in my opinion. One of the few that have actual product on display. Very knowledgeable staff that will take their time if you have any questions. Competitive deals and sales. The customer service and handling is very polite and respectful! Very relaxed and chill vibe and visit!

She also helped me score multiple deals and informed me about strains, types, etc. I wish I could have tipped her more. She was amazing, and so is the product!!!

This was my first time in a dispensary here in Missouri. The calmness as I enter on top of the security was top notch!! I love all the old items in the shop. I also love the vine & atmosphere!! Right on!! Zachary was over the top helpful in all of our flower needs!! I especially appreciate the knowledge about each product we bought. The assurance that when we paid what we were getting & if we needed anything else he was sure to answer any questions we had. Mr. & Mrs. Kiefed_Entity will be back for sure!!

Drove over an hour on my birthday to get something that i really wanted only to find out they closed early for a company picnic but did not say anything about it online anywhere. Just a small sign on the door saying sorry for the inconvenience.. would have been nice to know before wasting half of my day driving there and back! Update: They did make it right by giving me a discount, and all the employees are super nice and helpful

Drove over an hour on my birthday to get something that i really wanted only to find out they closed early for a company picnic but did not say anything about it online anywhere. My experience was great and Zachary was very nice and very knowledgeable about what i was purchasing and was very helpful. It was a fresh experience compared to other dispensaries where the bud tenders barely talk and when they do they don’t what they are talking about he seemed to be the complete opposite and he definitely knows what’s good. Will be returning

overall i LOVE THE DEALS! but this is my second time buying a product and it had 2 different labels one ontop of the other and me i peel them off. Starting to wonder whos doing this. Robust or kcc? You can clearly even tell by the crinkles and even the other picture with the sticky stuff on it that they were ontop of one and other
