It's not just the customer service being bad, I know what I want and could get past that part typically. They have the WORST website I've ever encountered from a dispensary. The "Specials" haven't been updated in 5+ months and daily specials listed are only for the KC location, but are listed on the LS site too (they don't even carry the products). I have no clue how this place is still in business.
Very poor customer service. I was the only customer while I was there. You were out of what I was looking for and I had to ask for something different. He didn't offer anything else I might want. I've never been a bud tender, but I was an excellent bartender. Roderick needs to learn that old people are the ones with the most money to spend. And I did. At another store that didn't mind helping an old white woman. What are the points for? He didn't tell me me about that either.
Honestly, today was the final straw for me. The staff here has never wowed me with their customer service or knowledge but occasionally I would still go in because they're close by. I ran out last night and don't get paid till tomorrow but I had a gift card for here so I decided to grab a pre-roll, placed my order online, didn't receive a text but that's not too unusual for this dispo so I waited a little longer than the time frame I was given then headed over. Get there, as per usual the staff's mood is vaguely sour and then here comes the kicker, they're out of the pre-roll I ordered and just waited for me to show up so they could try and sell me something more expensive... They could have at least called me to let me know, but no, I had to waste my gas just to still be dankrupt. Didn't even attempt to make it right, even though I'm a medical user, said sorry and shooed me out.
Awesome place great atmosphere when you come there's no wait time you're in and out.... Great prices everyone is friendly everyone greets you... matter of fact soon as you open that door you're getting greeted. I will continue to keep going here.
Good product but man y’all could work on people skills. Everyone working here seems miserable and gives dirty looks and white dude with tats (didn’t see name) is just plain rude for no reason soon as he comes to the counter, needs a reality check soon. I was in here Saturday night, the lady that was helping my man and I was so wonderful. She was so exhausted, i could just see it on her face. It was 20 minutes until closing. So it was the end of her day, and usually people get cranky, crabby, are just ready to go. She helped me so much. I told her exactly what I wanted and she picked it out for me. I didn’t even need another option. Because it was something I had never had, reasonably priced, high potency! Her name is Maddie, KEEP HER. She is absolutely incredible! And your front desk lady was so sweet also. But Maddie really made my day! Sometimes all you need is someone to say “you’re awesome”or “you’re doing a good job” and she was by far!
Terrible customer service. Arrived and 3 people, two of them security were outside. Luckily, I needed to hit ATM sothat y killed some time.A lady comes out and says nothing to me, no "I need to see your i.d. please, " not one single word, scans i.d and doesn't even tell me to go back, and neither does the guy holding the door." How someone could ever be in a RETAIL JOB and not say anything to a customer is beyond me. Terrible experience.So I just walk back in, and not one single employee has said a single word.The only positive is they had KC Kush, my favorite strain, other than that I wouldn't come back unless I'm in a pinch and they're the only ones open.I want to add that every time I've been in, everyone seems stressed, nobody is ever relaxed, and it isn't a fun environment to be in, for even just a few minutes. Previous reviews about the manager not being the kindest shows what the problem may be with this place.
Proud to say I was able to go on the first few days of this opening. Met w/ the Owner and Staff (They kind, helpful and very accommodating) There were so many people in line were just so happy to finally be able to use their Medical Card.They ran out of inventory...lol. No fault of theirs.Can't wait to go back when they are fully stocked and able to offer the full range of products. Right now its a supply and demand issue.Hurry up Governor open up the flood gates!!
