They have a 14 day return policy they didnt originally honor in the store. My husband bought a Vape on Military Monday and it immediately leaked and needed to be brought back. He came the day before thanksgiving and was turned away because they didn’t have time for a refund for him and said specifically not to return until Monday at the soonest because of their black friday sales. He said okay. Then we had the big snow day and we all got sick. So Here we are on Monday exactly on the 14th day and they are refusing to replace the product as we were originally promised on 11/26. Andddd the best thing they said they could offer is a one time 50% off a product. Absurd and completely goes against everything that was told to us. I even called over the phone prior to ask about their return policy. Just be super mindful and don’t let them turn you away because they’re too busy to help you. I’m not upset because of the product being burned; I’m upset that we’ve called and shown up 3 different times to now be told it’s “too late” And the best they can do is 50% off.12/12/2025 UPDATE:Andy the GM read my last response and personally called to apologize and also had my husband return to correct this issue. I am so happy that he actually cares to read these and work on improving any complainants or issues. Great customer service! My husband went in and they replaced the vape and apologized to him.Thank you Andy!
I was having a day when I went in and Sophie brightened my day! Not only had I made a order for a different dispo, I confused it with Flora Farms! So needless to say, Sophie was patient with me (as I was agitated, imagine that lol) and was also able to upsell; meeting my needs in doing so.
My go to place for all things green! The staff is always super nice and helpful. If I ever have any questions the staff has an answer and even great suggestions.I'm also confident that if I have a friend who may not always part take in the green that the staff here will be able to guide someone for a good product for them. They have the fun stuff but they also care about wellness too.

It was my first visit to Flora Farms today. What a neat little dispensary! I was welcomed in at the front with a smile, which always makes my day better.My bud tender was Sara, and it was a lot of fun to talk with her. She ROCKED!! Look forward to visiting again soon 🙂
I made an online order for a pick up in the drive thru, it was packed out to the street, so I parked and went in, that was the best decision of the day. I didn’t even have to wait to go back, and Meg was there to greet me and wow was I impressed, she was outgoing and very friendly, we talked about my order platinum candy apple, it is very good, relaxing and smooth. I would like to thank Meg for her kindness and the best customer service rep for your company. I’m an observer for customer service, I have ran companies and know when I see someone going above and beyond. She’s definitely a keeper. I will be a return customer because of Meg. You should do whatever it takes to keep her. I watched all the bud tender’s, and she is your best. If I was still in customer service, I’d have to steal her from you, lol. She’s awesome
My experience with Karen was great. She’s always greeting me with a smile and willing to help. She has an amazing passion for her job and she has knowledge about a lot of the product. I’m very satisfied with flora farms customer service and Karen is a big part of that.
It has been almost officially a year since I arrived in this forsaken wasteland known as Missouri. The Farm, or better known as Flora’s Farm, has been an oasis.Their product is better quality and price compared to the local competitors, but what really pushes Flora’s over the top is their staff. Knowledgeable, friendly, and competent.If you get Cam, Jordan, William, Marcos, Annie, Jason, Sophia, or Sabriea you are not only in good hands, you are in hands of the best of the best.
Thank you Sophie for sharing your joy and patience with me! It’s nice to walk in and always be accommodated. All the employees seem to really want to help and inform, but I enjoyed Sophie helping me last minute before close and she wasn’t the least bit annoyed at my extra questions when I’m sure she just wanted to go home to her dogs.

Love Flora, they are always so nice and chill. Last time I went Meg helped me out and she was so kind and patient. They were busy and she got me in and out quickly but I didn’t feel rushed and she was determined to find me what I wanted on the sale and I really appreciated that! Also loving the product. Definitely recommend them 100%
Great store!! My first time in a MO dispensary. This is close to home. I will return when I need more cannabis.I ordered in the app and they staff was so cool and helpful. The receptionist was kind. Eva was my bud tender and she was amazing!! I wanted some additional items and she was super helpful in getting me all set up.Flora Farms Lee Summit is great! We are lucky to have them here.
Becca at Flora Farms helped me tremendously today. I just recently started going into dispensaries as I am now 21, and she has given me the most advice and helpful comments that anyone has given me so far. She really cares about her customers and you can tell that when you’re working with her to find what suits you best! I recommend Becca to anyone that wants to feel heard when it comes to what the persons needs! if certain types of gummies make you feel sick, eat peanut butter 🙂
I love this location, and I shop here all the time. I was just in a moment ago, probably around 1:45 to 2:00 ish, and through no fault of their own, the card readers had apparently gone down earlier in the day. I felt that the staff still handled things very patiently and professionally, but I noticed that some patrons in the waiting room did not seem to feel the same. I wanted to give a specific shoutout to the receptionist at the time (I believe her name is Kat?) for putting up with the brunt of any potential impatience that arose from these card reader issues. My budtender was (and is always) also awesome, although I did fail to get her name as well. (My receipt says Cashier 42356.) Anyway, this remains to be my favorite Missouri dispensary. Thank you, Flora Farms LS staff!
Upbeat and friendly reception crew, they explained the process and checked us in quickly. Very short wait! Our steward was Tiffany, she is super chill and knowledgeable. She helped me stick to my budget and get some perfect treats. 10/10 !!!

Sabriea helped me out. Met me right at the door walked me to her desk, took the time to listen to me and gave great knowledgeable feedback. It seems like that's becoming more of a scarcity, so it’s truly a breath of fresh air to see people like herself and everyone else I came into contact with there to have such a positive attitude. A message to whomever is reading this; always go above and beyond to listen to and help others. No good deed is too small to leave a lasting impact🤙
On Friday, June 21, I placed a pre-order to be picked up for the drive-through. The email said my total was $78.52. When I got to the drive-through window I was told the same Total. I gave the cashier $80 in cash and said keep the change. They were gone for a moment to get my order and when they came back, they said “ no cashback, right?” And I said, “correct”. I was on my way to work so I was unable to notice the different prices on my receipt until I got home late that night. I didn’t know I received a 10% discount because I have a medical card. Great, except for the fact I wasn’t told that, and didn’t know I tipped nine dollars. As much as I would’ve liked to have been generous that was not what I was willing to tip that a day and the whole interaction just seems extremely dishonest. I would hope you have a conversation with anybody who runs the drive-through about this. If I choose to return, I will be coming inside from now on and double checking my receipt before I leave.
10/10 This is THE BEST dispensary in the KC metro, and I cannot speak highly enough about the staff here. They are the nicest, most genuinely caring group of people. If you are a well rounded pot head, or need some friendly advice, this is your last stop.
Love the deals! It’s such a beautiful location as well. The inside is always so nice and it looks great inside and out. I love how they have flower inside jars on display to see before you buy as well!

I ran into an issue picking up my order on 420 due to the wait, was not able to pick my items up.however today when I called and spoke with the manager and explained my situation, she not only was extremely nice about it and understanding, but also was willing and able to honor the initial deal prices and I was able to pick up similar items for the same price. Every interaction that I’ve had with this manager has been extremely positive and I’ve enjoyed my experiences there. Really glad I was able to figure this out as popping in on lunch breaks here, and there is extremely convenient. My only complaint would be that there is no industry discount for active industry members, and I would like to see this change. Other than that they have an excellent staff and usually a really good stock of my preferred items
