I saved my points in the system, was told they switched point system people and some had points lost… the tender was not trying to make things right, suggested I purchase my product today, and tomorrow it should be fixed, with no point discount. I refused. The (what I’m assuming is) district manager assisted by offering $20 off, and for me to contact the points company to fix their problem. When I said I will not return to this location, he said that’s fine with me. I will never shop at a Blue Sage again. I feel like I was stole from.

I had come in today and my experience was okay my tender was nice, but witnessing how they treat elderly folk made me not want to come back. There was an old man in there and he was having trouble, and asking questions and the staff was just rude to him. He was nice to me, when he got out of his car to go in he smiled and said good morning as i was getting out. He just needed some help and direction and no one was willing to help him. Super disappointed in seeing that. I doubt he knows how to leave a review so I thought I’d share

Had time to really process the situation. Had an employee give me the wrong product then the employee lied a said I agreed to get something different then what was in my cart. Manager sided with her employee an I ended up with a 70$ product I didn’t agree to buy, manager was like owell have a good day. so I had to reach out to a different blue sage an that store manager informed that the situation wasn’t handled properly and she told me to reach out to cloud cover. So cloud cover resolved issue. But this same employee had an issue with something I said and the manager waited two to three weeks to address me. Seems like the manager is only for her employees not the customers that keep them in business. Not going to bring race into but I could an it wouldn’t look good on the store because I haven’t seen one black employee in the years I’ve been going there an then this situation where me a black man wasn’t helped but the white employee got help an closer. I’m use to this type of thing it’s Lebanon Missouri. I’ll stick with high profile codes and latitude never had any issues with them an if one comes up I know it will be handled properly. Will also be sharing this with cloud cover y’all be easy me a mine will never step foot in a blue sage again!

If I could give this place a zero star, I would my favorite bartender left the store, which is understandable the management team there. Sam is horrible. She’s completely rude. I went in there the other day and she made the guy weigh the weed three times because it was over like it had me in the store longer than I need to be.I would love to contact the people that own Sage so let them know that Sam is running to the ground. The turnaround rate is horrible. I will not be back

Love the employee Zeta that checks you in. She’s just very pleasant. Always has something nice to say and remembered my name after a few visits. That is key to making a customer feel important! Prices are steep but customer service definitely counts for 75% of whether or not I repeat business somewhere. Zeta deserves a raise

Zeta, one of the front receptionists, greets us with a big smile and an amazing attitude every time we walk through the door! Zoe, one of the budtenders, is the same way! VERY DISAPPOINTED really like dealing with you guys and gals there but today was a BADD experience I asked for a 3.5 in flower of the biscotti Gelato And 3.5 of the San Fermodo Skunk for some strange reason was given a Gram of each and didn't realize that until I was leaving so I go back in to inform them of what happen which was a miss communication no harm no foul but I am upset that when I returned to get the other 2.5 of the both I wasn't granted my veterans discount but was granted my senior discount for both purchases it really upsetted me that I was charged 45 dollars to fix it once I went back inside for my flower with both purchases i spent 62.21 NOT WHAT I WAS TRYING TO SPEND and everytime I purchased they can't find my veterans info I have to inform them it didn't apply. I was told it was fixed now in the system to reflect and will apply for the next visit. Why not fix it then, why next time, COME ON BLUE SAGE WE GOT TO DO BETTER ... one love 😡😤🥺😔Thanks, Blu Sag, for reaching out to me. I respected the conversation and was very pleased with the conversation and outcome. This place is a joke. They are the only dispensary in town and they absolutely know it. This is laziest dispensary I've ever seen and it stinks of greed. It is constantly understaffed, the workers are slow and most obviously don't care. You will wait 5 minutes in line just to check in before you have to wait a while to get called to the back! Every time I show up I get the feeling I'm interrupting their hang out and am unwelcome.The prices are downright offensive. I have never seen prices like that in my life and the bud is mediocre at best. This is medicine. People depend on this for their health. Stop seeing it as a way to get filthy rich.Just do better.
