Helpful Staff and courteous.Listened to another employee with a beard while waiting for my products that seemed very knowledgable about the products you sold. He was giving a lot of information to this lady that was being served. I imagine she would have left feeling very satisfied at her purchase.4/1/24Went in not sure what I was wanting. Chelsea was brilliant. Made me feel excited about my purchase and I will always go back there. 5⭐️Got my order wrong and didnt realize until I got home. Sent a message to Bloc and got a call back the very next day apologizing and crediting me so next time I can get what I wanted on them. Thats Great customer service . 6⭐️Another good shopping experience today.Got what I wanted and used the credit I had for a freebie 😁👍🏻

Very nice place to go but I wish they had the entrance on the back since it is facing a main busy road. Still the atmosphere is very nice and the staff is very eager to assist.

Excellent service! They were out of my favorite gummies but she was knowledgeable and very helpful. She helped me pick out a different brand. Everyone at the dispensary is very friendly and helpful.Another visit today, she is a stellar employee!!! Very knowledgeable and answers my questions very patiently. I love doing my business with her. All your employees have been great but she goes that extra mile!!

Racheal was amazing. Once I walked in the door, she greeted me with a big smile and welcomed me. We did an online order and she walked us back right away. The order was correct and ready. She did ask if I wanted to use my points reward before having me check out. No one else has so I saved more money on top of the great deals they have going on. She also told me to save my bag for next time and save a 1.00. Great company that thinks about how trash affects the world. Use the same bag. Great staff Great selection and great pricing. 100 out of 10 for me.

Love the deli style, what i was use to in Colorado, good product, very helpful and friendly lady helped me. Would give 5 stars if had better pricing, appreciate the first time deal wish there were more like it. Although didn't like the shake put in with the deli style in one of the flavors

When I walked in, I received nothing but warm, welcome and smiles. I would shout someone out, but everyone is friendly from checking in to check it out. I made a online order for convenience, they even offer discounts for first timers and ready to help you in a heartbeat. This is one of the most friendliest places in northern Missouri, I have been to.
