Every time I go visit this store.I am reminded that customer service is still a thing. I have never had a bad experience by any person in the kearney location, ANGEL helped me today and like all the other bud tenders he is very respectful nice and helpful. It is a rare thing to have great customer service in my eyes but this place and all the people that work at the kearney Location have the best customer service I have seen in years.

I held back 1 star to push for growth. Good selection but room for more. The staff gets 6 stars though! Angel, "El fuego Santos", was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The whole staff is always inviting and cheerful. I'm still mildly blown away that this is here in Kearney mo! Keep up the good work!

Angel is literally the best 🙂 I'm trying to get back into cannabis, he helped me narrow down what I really needed and at what pace I should use it. I was nervous going in but I never once felt rushed. He genuinely listened to my needs with it and walked me through each and every question I had. I left with something curated just for me. I felt very comfortable with the entire service and the decision we were able to make based on all his knowledge.

Stopped on KC Cannabis on my way through tonight for the first time. Super clean establishment, extremely personable and friendly staff. Great vibe and a quick in and out. I would definitely recommend stopping in here if you're in the area. 👍 📍

This place rocks. By far the most knowledgeable staff & they deal with large volume of customers better than any dispensary I’ve been too. With a full house of customers they breeze through it with whatever process they have. The building is always clean, security is always super nice & will make conversation with you. Always have a solid product rotation.

More than half the time you have to ask for any of the sales they have going on.Most of the tenders have absolutely no idea what the product is . I literally tell them what I'm looking for and it's like pulling teeth to get them to tell you about the stuff on sale , it's almost like they don't want you to know.I've gotten maybe one or two really good tenders. The previous manager ALWAYS made sure I knew what was the best deals and knew I was looking for some special items not on sale. She was the best.They act like I'm putting them out by asking questions and most of the time they don't answer .And then you want a tip....nah man.

Great dispensary. Jesse was my bud tender and he was respectful and to the point. The decorations in the shop were very neat. Also they have a smell station where you can smell all the strains in neat little boxes. Great experience.

It’s not like codes where they send you in the room and order off a tablet and the bud tenders just stand there not being helpful about what strains do what. It’s nice to have human interaction when making a purchase. Overall a good dispensary, good people, great inventory and banging deals!
