Do not recommend. Low rent. I received an advertisement for a weekend sale. Turns out that in "The Forest", the weekend is only Friday and Saturday. Sunday was not part of the "Weekend Sale." Must I say more? Go to Fresh Karma or Swade.

Izzy, has the perfect customer support personality. Patient, wise beyond years, giving, and understanding. I'm a difficult patient to search for because my terpenes profile is very specific. And She helped me with my needs and had the patience for a patient who knows what they like. She even volunteered to look at the jars themselves for me. I loved coming here until I was given the wrong gram of concentrate today. The bud tender was very helpful but was not paying attention or something and grabbed something that's not even on the menu and that I've had before.I got home and saw it was not what I ordered, called and spoke to a manager named Monica who upon trying to lie to me and claim what I had was what I ordered and I just didn't know and misunderstood the label.When I called her out on this she got frantic so I asked her to calm down so I could explain which then she treated as a personal attack.I know what I ordered and paid for and this is my medicine. I don't come spend my money here to be lied to and treated like I'm harassing people for trying to get a solution to an easy mistake. She told me if I didn't "want to consume the product I purchased" I could bring it back for an exchange or 30% off my next order of something not on sale. I already spent $20 on Lyft to get there and back Im not coming back unless you're giving me what I ordered for free?Jessica and every other bud tender I've had here are great but when management can't take accountability everyone deals with it.At the end of our conversation she attempted an apology and when I didn't accept it she lashed out at me again. As a nonbinary person just trying to get my meds being treated like an angry man when I was simply trying to get answers is very disheartening.I doubt I'll return unfortunately after I claim my discount and cash out my points, which are near impossible to accumulate to begin with.

I’ve been coming here for a very long time!! & while they were great. Service & quality “is not” there anymore!!-they have about 8 registers & only two ppl working. At all times!!-wait times no matter the time is absolutely outrageous.-customer service is shakey as hell. So tread lightly in there. Crazy to say when you are spending money.-bud is good but again shakey too, it’s always on sale something isn’t right! I can’t put my finger on it.-quality of bud is never an OMG this is fresh kind of thing. Bud comes dried, & idk if I smoke a lot but I’m just never really blown away with the high I get from here.-this dispo in particular has their own brand the standard and the solid, it’s missing something.

One star because prices are insane, definitely not on par with others a short drive away and the reward system is garbage. Also not very veteran friendly and if you’re getting deli you can’t get a veterans discount. If you want a pre roll or an eighth check it out anymore than that and your getting robbed No thanks I’ll stay up north.

the rewards system of awful. been using it for 6+ months and have yet to get a single reward.... They need to figure out a faster system for online orders. if i already have my order placed i shouldn't have to wait in line with folks who are just shopping around and have no idea what they want. $60 for a $40 cart.... the fees at this location are higher than any other dispensary i've been to.

Staff is amazing and the sales are really good but their rewards system needs a complete overhaul. You have to accumulate 500 points before you can do anything with them.. otherwise after 90 days they expire and you can't do anything about it. I understand it's a business and you need to make a buck but really? Way better dispo's out there with better reward systems. There's little to no point in ordering online because you have to wait in line anyways!

Be careful of that pole on the left if you park out back. Everyone here is always super friendly and helpful. The staff is very knowledgeable and they provide excellent service. It's nice having a place that sells deli not many places in this area do. I don't think I've ever been here and had any issues. And if you ask them sometimes they have deals and backwards mainly just shake but it's really good prices.

I do enjoy visiting this location however I'd really like to redeem my loyalty points at some point. What "technical error" (regarding the loyalty system) takes months to resolve??? I also find it strange or weird that this is the only dispensary in KC Metro area that has this particular "tech issue"....at this point I believe the owner/operator is responsible for this "issue"The dutchie loyalty system for other dispensaries never had/have such issues (which says a lot). Customers/patients who's aware of this (such as myself) will continue to grow more frustrated of this place as long as this continue.

Always Fast , Friendly & Affordable. I love the Forest. It doesn’t matter what day of the week it’s on whether it’s Friday 30 percent off vibe or Sundays 30 percent off specials. The forest has something for you everyday! Their rewards program could use some work as I have probably spent about nearly $1000 and I haven’t gotten any reward yet. When BesaMe points its 3 cents every dollar by $1000 I have $30 off I love that rewards system. Other than That My Favorite Dispensary by far is The Forest.

I've had many good experiences here but recently your pricing has been completely different online vs. coming in to the store. It's happened multiple times to me now where I'll bring exactly enough money with me because I checked online and it said the price. Then when I get to the store I'm short a few dollars. Why are the prices different? I know there are taxes and stuff but why arent the prices the same online and when you get there? Make it make sense
