Had the best experience today, at this dispensary. They had awesome deals, welcoming and fun environment, everyone was so helpful. Micheal was my actual Budtender and he was so helpful so suggestive. Eli, Randy, and Yumi were also all there making suggestions, making jokes and adding to the overall positivity of the environment. 10/10 will definitely visit again.

I had such a great experience thanks to Mike He was super friendly, had a great personality, and really took the time to take care of me. He even explained that I could get a discount for working in the medical field something no one had ever told me before! On top of that, he explained a few other things about the products and how everything works, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone so helpful and knowledgeable. I parked in front of the store to pick up an order on a Thursday at 1:00pm and was told by an employee on his smoke break to move. I pointed out the sign suggesting it's a legal parking spot and he still wanted me to move. You will not have to worry about me parking here ever again. That's 2 people and 6 oz per month going else where.

Today on 8/2/2024, I called to get some help on checking my rewards points and the lady on the phone was rude and refused to help me stating that she couldn't tell me my points unless I came in and made a purchase. This is untrue, I called the kc north store and they confirmed that she can look up my points and just refused to, I was able to get help from the kc north store and think I will be taking my business there from now on since this store has unhelpful and rude employees. Edit: 09/04/24 called a dozen times and can't get the store employees to answer.

Elevate is the premier Kansas City dispensary in my opinion. The best product and strains hands down! I have tried other brands and the elevate brand is second to none. I had a great experience for my first time here at this location. My bud tender was Darren and he was very knowledgeable as well as informative about the specials and I went ahead and took advantage of them. I will be back for the strain of the week which they offer at a very good price. Definitely recommend THIS LOCATION and I will definitely be a frequent shopper.

My absolute FAVORITE dispensary with the BEST deals AND prices almost EVERYDAY!! I've actually been a customer since they opened on 53rd and Prospect and was named "Terrapin". When they switched to Elevate NOTHING stopped as far a quality, a wide variety of strains to choose from for really good prices and a nice loyalty program is available as well

My favorite dispensary in south KC hands down!! The staff is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I have specifically been helped by Dom and Hilde- both were phenomenal budtenders and made the experience at Elevate that much better for me. I would definitely recommend asking for either of their help on your next visit!!

They are always offering discounts and daily deals to ensure that consumers are saving the most of their money. I've received incredible service from staff members Darren and Vanessa. They take their time to engage, share information about the products, and to make sure that my experience is pleasurable.
