Terrible customer service, management with molester mustache refuses to honor deals on the website. Had an order made and got the confirmation. Showed up for pickup and the discounts I drove over an hour for weren't valid anymore. THEIR WEBSITE CONFIRMED IT AND I HAD THE ORDER RECEIPT WITH PRICE ON IT. WELL.. SURPRISE! $90 extra bucks added to the total! told me the discounts arent valid. Horrible experience, waste of time, inexperienced staff and rude management. Won't be coming back. Go to GoodDayFarms or Greenlight instead.

I was charged twice for one transaction because their terminal was having connection problems. They refunded me for being charged the product twice but still wouldn't refund me the $3 fee for their atm/debt fee even though it was their error. Such a shame. I won't return for their lack of accountability.

Went to here by mistake as there is a store right next door, The Hub, on N.Oak that shares a dispensary next door.Gotta say, Not a fan. Workers seemed polite. Place was clean and nice. However I'm a private person ans being asked for my DL so they could make a "profile" pissed me off. Then I'm let in on the side and locked inside. Literally asked if I could leave because it felt like I couldn't. Shit reminded me of bonding and holding.

Nature Med is one of my go-to dispensaries. They have a student discount for college students, cheap pre-rolls and pre-roll packs. Quick turnaround time, I’m never in the waiting room long even if there’s a crowd. Pleasant staff who decorate the lobbies according to the season/holiday

Nature med used to be my favorite dispensary until they started selling me concentrates that are false advertised.I had one manager replace a two gram bucket after it was just sauce and labeled as sugar a couple weeks ago and today it was like pulling teeth for them to have to make me PAY at a discounted rate for a new gram to replace the again mislabed and just plain bad product.When I tried to speak to the manager who asked me to come in to show her a picture of what I had purchased the bud tender ignored my multiple requests to speak with her and instead told me to have a good day despite me informing him he was in the clear to tell me if they were too busy for me to chat with her.You're a dispensary not a drug dealer if you want to sling crap and not care about the people who are paying for it you need to get out of business.Included is a picture of what they sell as badder which is crumble at best and just poor product most likely. First picture is what I was upset about second picture is the replacement. Both are more akin to crumble than any badder I've ever had. Stay away.

My budtender is Teresa. She is extremely knowledgeable with all of the products in the store. If she doesn't know the answer she will do anything above and beyond to find the answer for you. She gives amazing advice she's always helpful and happy. The Vivian store is my favorite because everyone in there is always in a good mood. It's nice and relaxing environment. They're all very knowledgeable. And it's a very comfortable and clean atmosphere.
