Called to ask a very simple question and was told she can’t give me any information over the phone whatsoever. Tanya was incredibly rude and condescending over the phone. If this is the first person I talk to trying to conduct legitimate business at this store I have no desire to do business here. Refused to get the manager after I asked, stating “he will not come to the phone right now I can take your name and number and give it to him” yeah I’m sure Tanya. Completely unprofessional.
Please bring back kiosk order tablets in the back, I appreciate the customer interaction but sometimes people don't want to be hassled, we just wanna come in look for ourselves and place orders by ourselves, not be pacified through the selection process, i know being a Karen right, but I mean it's so much easier
Pretty decent quality flower nice density nice. Trichrome you could tell Care went into it and at least some kind of capacity.four out of five. concentrate was OK I’ve seen better but I will retry sometime.
I’ve been going to local for quite a bit now because I really like the quality of their flower. At times I think their customer service could be a bit better. I had a pretty disappointing experience tonight. Placed an order online for a special on their flower and when I got to the store I was offered my loyalty discount of 10% and asked if I wanted to use my points as well. I love to save more money on my cannabis so I immediately said yes. The cashier gave me my total and it was the same amount for what my online order total was. I was confused so I asked if that total included all of the discounts and the cashier said yes. They were busy and I thought I may have confused the total I saw online so I didn’t push it and left. Got home and checked the receipt only to notice the online discount hadn’t been applied. Again I was confused so I called the store to let them know my issue and they asked if I could come back to the store with the receipt, didn’t ask for any of my information. Got to the store, and let two employees know my issue before I was told to get in line to speak to a manager. Waited patiently, again they were busy! Finally got to speak to the manager only to be told the offers could not be combined. Kinda frustrating to hear this after not being told this by the 3 employees I’ve already had interactions with by this point. Manager stated the system automatically applied the better deal to give the customer the best discount. The different between the two totals was 98 cents. If this had been explained to me from the beginning, I would have chosen to not use my reward points and just gotten the original discount that made me want to place the order to begin with. Overall just disappointed with how the issue was handled. Lack of training and honestly good customer service as no one except the manager bothered to explain what happened/showed empathy. Could have been explained by the cashier or by the person I spoke to on the phone instead of wasting a second trip of my night that I got nothing out of other than being told there was nothing that could be done to make up for it. Hopefully the communication and service gets worked on so customers don’t have to jump so many hoops and lose their points. Again fan of the flower quality but not a fan of their service.
Some of the cheaper prices that I have found in the Kansas City area. The quality of the product was great. When I went, they didn't have a lot of people working, so the wait in line was a bit long. They also were out of, or had very little of the products that I was looking for. Hopefully they get a more consistent supply in the future. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
I'm a big fan of local products. I was excited to visit their dispo and man was it disappointing. Super rude customer service, confusing process, Told I would get 15% off for new customer, then at register they said I'll get an email in 24 hours for 15% off my next purchase......REALLY?!?I will continue to get local products at elevate and other dispos up north. I appreciate good customer service and this place sucks!UPDATE: Never received the email for my 15% off.....Update: messaged like you asked.......No reply. Figures
Flower is good, all other products suck. Pre-rolls are inconsistent and under filled half the time. The carts will come leaking out of the bottom, and they don't offer to replace anything. Don't waste your money on anything but the flower from local
I just visited the store today and was greeted by Gemma. Super kind and friendly. Ramon helped with my order and he was super professional and friendly.. Great customer service you two!
The staff is always very friendly and helpful on suggestions. There is occasionally a wait but they do a good job on rotating people thru. I absolutely love the atmosphere and set up, its always clean and inviting. I also enjoy that you can view and smell the strains on display-unlike other dispensaries. Definitely check out their deals thru the week.
Good daily deals on product, but for the overall experience I don’t know if it’s worth it.Wait times are atrocious. Card readers don’t work well thus making the checkout process lengthy on top of waiting in lobby for 30+ minutes. Online orders don’t speed up the process, as you still have to wait in the lobby and then wait in the retail space for an available worker. I will definitely consider other, more functional dispensaries in the metro, in the future.
I was at the event for the Riverside wellness company. I encountered the nicest person Marcus he was knowledgeable friendly and had a nice smile! I have never been to your location but will definitely come if that's the standard for customer service!
The staff here is very friendly and helpful. It's usually a quick in n out, especially if you have an online order ahead of time. Great product at really great prices. Their rewards program is a bit lackluster compared to other dispensaries like From the Earth, but their prices are much better. If you are in the area, I highly recommend this dispensary.
STORE MANAGER IS SUPER RUDE!!He makes me not want to return!I was there yesterday when the system went down and he was completely unapologetic, dry, and lacked any kind of customer service!He came out didnt even make eye contact and looked at his phone the entire time he told us we need to come back if we want because the system is down.This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with him!Local needs to review who they have running their store. He’s going to run your loyal customers away very fast!
