Warrensburg Grand Opening was a great day!!! The Nuthera Lemon Bar pre-roll that , Cashier#49242 recommended. Was one of the best I ever smoked definitely in the top 5. And the atmosphere is like a Scooby Doo cartoon. With lots of scooby snacks!!!

usually have good experiences here but man has it changed. you really need a manager on duty! guy at the front was more focused in his phone than his job. security inside was same way.waited 15 min in the lobby when their was only 3 people getting stuff inside. finally let inside just tk have everyone that came in after me cut infront of us that were waiting the whole time. they don’t keep track of who came in first so just keep that in mind. so then i’m waiting on the inside watching 5 works behind the desk hanging out and talking. 5 employees working registers but they can only take 2 customers at a time. entire experience was poor. i would rather have used that 25 min to drive to a different dispo that has same product but better staff.

I really enjoy coming here but they need to update their system of taking in customers. I have on many occasions placed an online order and then waited in a long line behind other customers because there is no dedicated online order line.Then I come in and have no online order because it has never helped get me through faster in the past and then all of a sudden a cashier is calling up online orders and having people skip the line. It’s annoying to not have a clear protocol for customers, it’s as simple as designating a separate line and it’s frustrating to find a new protocol is being followed every time I come here.Just help us out !

I wanted to love Fresh Karma, but I’ve noticed lately that while their wonderful staff is immaculately skilled and knowledgeable in their industry, they seem to be lacking their spark lately.Maybe it’s because the credit card machines are inconsistent. They seem to be having issues more than they ever work and if it’s inconvenient for me as a customer, I can imagine it would be inconvenient for the employees as well. I’d rather pay with cash than deal with the yes-no-maybe-so of the machines or pay the heinous transaction fees.While we’re on inconsistency, let’s talk about their stock. I would love to walk in confident that I’ll walk out with what I came in for, but that’s not often the case. Their inventory selection is just not hitting the bar for me. With the Panda gummies as bitter as they are, I’d love to see them bring back Missouri’s Own (or WYLD?…or Flora Farms?…or like any of the brands they did away with?).If I, as a customer, am noticing so many inconsistencies in the store, I wonder what sorts of inconsistencies are happening behind the scenes. Seems like the owners don’t care about anything but their bottom line and it absolutely shows.

My favorite dispensary in midtown! Fast, friendly and efficient. The staff is always so wonderful as well, especially the wonderful curly-haired brunette budtender who has helped me the last couple of times. I did not catch her name, but she is so kind, and has the best accessory game I've seen in a minute (mushroom earrings to die for!)

I’ve been coming here for awhile now and I LOVE this place. It’s always pretty quick to get in and the space is very open and mellow so you have room to browse and not feel like you’re in other customer’s way.My most recent visit was absolutely excellent! Bambi was my budtender and was super sweet and knowledgeable and helped me pick he PERFECT flower strain to help with what I need (help me with having an appetite and reducing nausea and coughing a lot). They recommend some great options for cones for me to try. I will be back again for sure! I also have a soft spot for the sick delivery tube they use for drive through orders!

. I picked up a disposable pen and a chocolate bar. Tax was high. But I was happy with the products. The pen taste like dirty socks , but gets me high so I don't mind.The chocolate was delicious 100 mg and it worked pretty good too think it was Panda brand.

This is one of the best dispensaries in the metropolitan area. The prices are very reasonable and Jae the clerk I had talked to had my edibles ready and she was very happy, polite ,exuberant and very forthcoming. The front desk clerk/manager who had a very effervescent and electrifying personality that was super genuine and very nice; and the middle age security guard who was a super nice guy and very approachable and this place gets five stars across the board.

This place is the Apple Store of Kansas City dispensaries. Very clean, very sharp, diverse selection. Staff is very helpful and approachable.I used to get the Heartland Labs Elderberry Immunity shot from here, and it was one of my favorite products. I haven’t been able to find it in a while, however. I called and their associate Roger helped me out and said that he’ll try and encourage their ordering person to get some more on their next delivery. I appreciated that, mainly because so many other dispensary were unwilling to help me find that product.Hoping to visit soon to get my favorite product!-Will
