Recently bought 2 of the Buoyant Bob's 1g disposable vapes, was told that if for some reason they broke I could bring them back within a 2 day period, one of them worked completely fine and i was very satisfied with it, however the second one after hitting it, would continue to actively stay on, and the battery was getting dangerously hot. Tried to come back and return it, and was kept in the waiting room for over half n hour while they cleared the waiting room multiple times, I had to eventually just leave because I had other things I needed to complete. I think Natures Med has really good deals and good bud tenders and I've enjoyed coming here for a while, however dealing with faulty issues not so much. Hence why I'm still giving it 3 stars, it was just a frustrating situation and felt like I was being put on the back burner for a complaint about a faulty disposal.

Morning customer service was terrible. literally made it to where I honestly don’t even wanna go back would rather drive the extra minute down the road a good day farm!!! They Didn’t know anything about the product. They were selling other than if it was as a sativa or hybrid and when asked about it they aggravated because I was wanting to know more about I what I was buying and they literally acted like I was crazy for asking about the product, and all five of them in there had attitudes about it and got mad because I told them that I figured they would know at least something about the product that they was selling especially when your website puts off all this great customer service they’re supposed to have. but all-around customer service was just terrible if you want to go somewhere that actually has great. Customer service shows their customer appreciation and can actually tell you about their product and has information about it. Trust me when I say good day farm is definitely your better selection. I would definitely drive the three seconds down the road to go to good day 100% It’s sad you would think I work for good day farm By the comment, but that’s literally how terrible their service was that I come on here and edited my comment because it .So if you are planning to shop there just take precaution when asking about the product Especially if you’re a new customer to morning shift.

They always have what I need! Jacob helped me out and was awesome ! Get in here and be a part of the best out here. Check out the daily deals . Today I went in and my debit card was acting up . I had to change the payment type and my man Shayne came through and helped me out . The customer service at this location is top tier !!!!!

Just trying to look good for people reading reviews I'd assumeEdit: Bumped to 2 Stars because they did reach out pretty quickly.Bought a Show Me 1g Disposable Vape and left town. Got to destination and charged it up to use and it won't work at all. Called in and they said to bring it back when I get back. Got back in town and brought it back and they said the return has to be done within 2 days or they can't do anything about it. Out $50. I do not recommend NatureMed. This is my 3rd bad experience

We're always in and out of the store which is very convienent.The staff is very friendly and pleasant to chat with! They're also great if you have questions or need recommendations. The store is clean and well maintained. They have GREAT daily specials and ALWAYS have great products on sale. They also offer $1 OFF for reusing your bag. They have a loyalty program that saves you $10 off your order per certain amount spent (I cant remember how much). Go check em out if you haven't!

When cannabis became legal medically, I got my card and started with let’s call them green light 🤣.. and then I saw a post about nature med, and let me just say that they have a totally different experience, quality, customer service, everything! I haven’t gone anywhere else since! So if you are looking for quality products that are kept in stock, customer service that goes above and beyond, no massive lines waiting to get in, then definitely go to nature med in independence off 24 hwy! All of the tenders there are amazing, Myles has been such a huge help when I come in there looking for something different! He’s very knowledgeable, calm and chill, you don’t feel rushed whatsoever! He wants to help you find the best product for you! So don’t wait around at the other places where the quality is so low, go to nature med!
