Came in today for the first time for the underground. Wasn’t sure how everything worked once I got in. There was a tall dark skin man with thick locs. I did not catch his name but his customer service was A-1, he was very sweet and very helpful. Got what I needed and will definitely be back!

I’m completely fortunate to have had Karen help me. It was if she had set the shop up herself, knowing where all products locations are at and also every sale they had at this time. Karen surprised me most by saving me about $100 on my sale. Fast friendly staff unlike anywhere else I’ve been.
